We dont eat raw anchovies str8 from the market dear !...we washed and cooked them properly b4 we eat....
yes we fry it first so it become crunchy before eating. 😅
Ahaha, yeah this is a bit culture difference. In our country Kazakhstan Russia people just eat dried version without cooking. So before drying it out people wash clean add salt and dry it. So I thought it’s same here. I didn’t know that you have to wash it and cook 😅
@@travelwithbalnur you can eat it raw but you might get stomach problems later. Those dried fish is a primary ingredients to make sambal anchovies they are always washed and cooked first with high heat.

You got to cook or pan fry the dry anchovies first before eating it. Remember that dry fish attract flies...😅👌

For the white curry laksa, you are supposed to mix the sambal into the broth - according to your level of spiciness...otherwise it's just coconut milk :D
