    KLCC building and KLCC park existed 25 years ago before the modern city of Dubai was built... KL is a hidden gem...

      KL is definitely a hidden gem and for some points it is good that way. "forward progress" is not always good. Dubai had a lot of people from all over the world, and people didn't always want to follow the religious culture. Both places are a must visit

      Kuala Lumpur have tones of fun places more than Johor Bahru!You can visit the Central Aquarium in the city, go to Sunway Lagoon and even experience the hight in Kuala Lumpur Tower.
      It would be your unforgettable experience in Malaysia.

    It will not follow dubai. Why?
    1. Our buildings have proper sewerage system unlike burj which uses trucks to pick up shit to be processed elsewhere.
    2. We cater to rich and poor. Dubai caters to the rich.
    3. We have natural forest and animals. Not man-made. Dubai has desert. Even islands are man-made

    It is an insult to compare KL to Dubai😢.
    KL got plenty of beutiful trees but Dubai is an desert. The price of foods & accommodation is at least 50-60% cheaper Vs Dubai.
    Malaysian friendliness with large English speaking community vs Dubai & the Arab...?

    • @voyagesdiary

      Good points both cities are amazing in our point of view. KL is 50-60% cheaper 💯 but in Dubai everyone speaks English nobody is from there

    • @hafizhassan9786
      @hafizhassan9786 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I think you never been to Dubai. Most people think like typical other Arab cities, in fact 80% of population are expats and only 20% are Emiratis and Arabs. Most people speak English to interact and very cosmopolitan. I know it as I used to live and work there in 2007-2015 as an investment banker before moved to the UK and now back to Malaysia. Dubai had used Malaysia, Singapore, London and New York as reference to build their city, and not other way around. KL had already built the tallest skyscraper nearly 30 years ago, the first tallest building outside of the Western world before Burj Khalifah followed 10 years later.

      @voyagesdiary  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@hafizhassan9786 you are 100% correct. When we were in Dubai we had a VERY VERY VERY hard time meeting a local. Everyone is an expat. And the official language has basically turned into English

      We can maybe see your point on Dubai but Singapore on the other end sucked. That is the best way we can put it. Singapore has a very dark side to it after orchad road and all it's fancy areas. Lots of prostitution, gangs and illegal trading going on. At least that is our view on Singapore and wouldn't want to visit it again. Dubai and KL are both amazing in their own ways
