GIS Boom Boom Cam

Goat Island Skiff through different points of sail shot from a long boom mounted camera. Eight knots of wind gusting to twelve. With two people, much less hiking would be needed, with one, it's just good exercise! First two tacks are a bit weak, the second two are better. The mid-boom sheeting arrangement is my own mod.

In case anyone is curious - since this video I've switched to end sheeting, a carbon boom and no longer let go of the tiller extension during tacking. At least this video can be used to show how not to handle the tiller extension during tacking!
