I love budapest in fact I’m from Budapest and I’m travelling there this August I’m going to be meeting my cousins for the first time and I’m gonna be meeting my grandma and grandpa for like the second time also Langos is one of my favourites it’s like bread and sour cream and cheese it’s really good
Just stumbled across your channel. I’m off to Budapest in two weeks and we have such a similar Vlog style. Will have to try out some of the places you visited 😊
This seems to be a very interesting place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
Budapest is AWESOME! Just a friendly critique..we need to hear your commentary the whole time because you should be able to hear what you have to say for people who aren't watching your video but are listening to the video plus you have great things to say! Let your voice be heard! Thanks for sharing!!
Hostels are definitely hit or miss, but with a little bit of research, you can definitely choose the good ones! Definitely recommend staying in hostels :) I had no issue with them
New subscriber here! Now I wanna go to Budapest!!!! Do you think it's worth it to join a tour (guide) around the city? How was the time management doing the tours? I kinda want to try to join a tour but I'm hesitant because I don't get to decide when I wanna leave/stay in an area.
Hey Bianca! Thanks for subscribing! I would definitely recommend the tour if you want to learn more about the history and culture of Budapest. It’s also an amazing place to meet new people especially if you’re travelling solo. If you don’t have much time and want to have more freedom, then a tour might not be the best option, but if you have the time, I would definitely recommend doing them :)
Hey Daizy! I found the walking tour off of Guruwalk.com it's called "Budapest Fundamental Free Tour: Welcome tour to Hungary!" with Budapesttours. Hope this helps!
Hi! Thanks for watching, I personally would only walk around with other people at night but thats also because Im not familiar with the area and prefer to stay on the safe side. Hope this helps!
@adulting with angela, Thanks for sharing.. I will travel to Budapest from Vienna at the mid of March. As for budgeting, may i know the average food price i have to budget for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Do you usually pay for as a tip after the so called free walking tour u booked from guruwalk? If yes, is there any guide line? Thanks
For food budgeting, it really depends how much you are planning to eat. I would say a small breakfast would cost less than 5 euros, a lunch would cost between 5-10 euros and a dinner would cost around 10-15 euros in Budapest. For the walking tours, depending how many people were on the tour and how good of a job the tour guide did, I typically tipped between 5 and 20 euros. In Budapest, the living costs are cheaper in general so food and tipping is relatively low. Hope this helps!
Hey, I just followed you and I really like your content, because it's my dream to travel a lot when I get older . Do you have an ig page where you post pictures or videos of your trips? I would like to follow you there too :D
I plan all my transportation and accommodation before, but I decide all my activities when I get there. If you're interested in seeing how I plan my trip, you can check out this video: th-cam.com/video/Np2mE3cjoVU/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=adultingwithangela
@@AdultingwithAngela, I will go to Budapest next month before Prague. What is the average price for a meal? Any good recommendation? BTW, where is New York Cafe? What could be the budget? Thanks
@@khawguanleng7 Budapest and Prague are both super budget-friendly destinations which is why a lot of young solo travellers love to go! I think the average price for a meal I had in Budapest was 5-10 euros. But New York Cafe is fancy so it was quite a bit more expensive. I think I spent around 30 euros there for just a goulash and an ice coffee. It's absolutley stunning tho, but if you are trying to stick to a budget, I probably wouldn't recommend it. Hope this helps!!
