I am good at robotics.. But always wanted to know.. Process of building rocket and analysis.. It seems closer.. That i can build it.. Ofcourse troubleshooting and design is there.. But seriously you're vid is inspiring 🤩
i like the idea of ACES, but i have a concern personally. i assume, based on how your were showing it and talking about it, that it will be powered by small solid rocket motors. i personally worry about that. you cannot tune the amount of impulse you get from them without pinching off the exit, and more importantly you only get to fire it once, and you cannot shut it off prematurely. Personally, i've been thinking about this kind of idea quite a bit in the context of the primary stabilization for an amateur space shot if i ever get that far in life, and i was leaning, personally, to using CO2 canisters to create simple cold gas thrusters for the purpose.
Very detailed video and design overview. I look forward to seeing more of your videos!! 🚀
Really nice video and great explanation, super well-designed vehicle!

Good afternoon, tell me in which program you made the 3D model of the rocket? thank you
I use Fusion360, students and hobbyists can both get a trial version for free
@@LafayetteSystems Any suggestions on resources to learn fusion360 at this level? i've been playing around with it but still pretty basic level.

i would love to build ths thing to
Amazing project but you put so much time into it and chose the wrong thrust profile motor :(
