A vacation bench of justices Dipankar Datta and Satish Chandra Sharma highlighted the potential implications of judicial interference in the electoral process during an active election period, stressing that such actions could disrupt the ongoing procedures.

Why give information prematurely. The election commission must announce results after all votes have been tallied and verified. If it was done in the past that is how congress was and stayed in power. After results are announced if people wish to contest they can it seems that opposition are doing everything to disrupt the election.

To say that frivolous things are being raked up and an activist supreme court by Mr pai is unacceptable. In each and every action of the election commission be it in the manner a seven phase elections are being held at the behest of the BJP, not censuring the religious tone of Modi and other BJP leaders, curtailing the Congress to not rake up the controversial Agni veer scheme and not to talk about the constitution be in danger, where is the integrity of the election commission. Previously a provisional voting percentage will be announced as soon as the day was over and the final figure which would be announced the following day itself would be marginally ahead. Where as in each and every phase the final figures were released after four five days and they vary by 4-5% which never happened previously. The doubts are casted in the minds of the public by the dubious actions of the election commission. Mr pai is a known supporter of BJP and eugolises Modi hence he trivalises these genuine doubts. NDA isn't going to cross the 200 mark inspite of all these goof-ups. people like pai are unable to digest the fact that Modi is loosing.

Why Election commission did not interfered when Rahul Gandhi was asking casts of people where he is obc sc and what not and Rahul also went on to doubt obc background of Modi.

I think it is good not to publish, this is to avoid certain problems that may arise in the locality. Why should anyone know. Particularly as complicated as india. Argument sake assume a polling booth is predominantly Muslims or of a caste and in that polling booth there are many voting for a party which is opposed, but the individual may like it. See how much problem this will create.
