Like this one people have said the builders were being chased by the wither and that they lit the big portal hoping to escape but ended up bringing the warden
Finally I wanted to see this video, because the disc is quite creepy. Also watch this be a boss but it is going to be harder than all the bosses, including the warden. Some of the noises sound like spells from anime to be honest lol.
i can imagine in this part (2:28) the man is running and the loud booms are the wardens footsteps, he hides in a corner or around a corner, *but the warden can smell him.* the warden seeps out of the wall behind him, the man turns and slashes him with his sword in fear, but this doesn't do much else than make it angry... the warden seeps back into the ground to heal and the player continues walking, slowly because he is likely in shock or injured. he tries to dig out of the cave but the skulk hears him digging, the warden has found him again... this might be a hint to how scary the warden is if you haven't met it yet, or just them trying to add a bit of lore.
What I think is the first part he is running from the warden but I think he did get away I think the boom was him lighting the portal in the wardens city then when you hear the monster sounds at the end I think that might be a new boss stronger than any boss we have seen. But yours would also make since.
The first part that actually transitions into sounding like music creeps the crap out of me. It sounds like some creepy track reversed then starts to sound normal.
11 will always be creepy, because as a veteran in MC, it has a special place in our hearts. Literally being one of the first creepiest things of Minecraft
@@jplayz2124 Yeah they added new discs in 1.16, 1.17/1.18, and 1.19. But I don't think they added a new disc in all the past major updates, such as 1.14 or 1.13. I just hope that they add a new disc for each of the major updates in the future!
honestly though, Samuel Aberg did a great job composing this. The length between the skulk sensor activating and the (presumably) shrieker shrieking to summon the warden at the end was perfect and created an amazing cut of suspense.
This HAS to be a continuation of Music Disc 13 and 11 from MatPat's theory about the first adventurers who explored the world of Minecraft. Personally I don’t think it’s connected to 11 and 13, mostly inspired by them, like the warden itself. I’m not sure if most of the current devs actually know what 11 and 13 actually mean. I think I might remember Notch himself saying that he didn’t know what 11 meant when he got into one of Dream’s videos. I might be misremembering what he said though.
The lore behind this disc is someone going into the deep darks, encounters the Warden, apparently uses an item to light the giant warden face in the middle making it a portal, and on the other side was a Scream that sounds nothing like the warden, something stronger

the metal clank sounds make me think of two robots or suited knights escorting someone somewhere and the music pitch shifting gives me FNAF vibes and I've not even played it
towards roughly 3:05 u hear noises that sound similar to nether portal noises, and after that you hear the person move around, possibly building until they set off a sculk sensor, which activates a noise that sounds like some sort of creature, louder than the warden and a little like the noise the ender dragon makes when killed so if the centre statue really is a portal this would definately be an explanation

Sounds like after he lit the portal he’s still in a cave wearing iron armor maybe you can hear (deep slate , amethyst, tuff?, fire and lava.) and the mob sounds remind me of an enderman/wither kind of. Also it kind of sound like it went back in time maybe because you can hear the old Minecraft theme.
It's great lore. It kinda lets u hear how the warden was created or what's happening that created the deep dark. I was able to see some cool stuff while imagining if this had video like if it were in Minecraft. It's almost like the things u find in horizon zero dawn where it lets u listen to audio of people and thoughts from hundreds of years ago.
The real reason the disc is called "Disc 5" is because: it is the most nerve-racking, sinister, demonic, spine-tingling, and daunting music disk in Music disk in Minecraft. This would be perfect for the most horrifying, petrifying, eerie, formidable, and unnerving horror movie/horror Minecraft map that will EVER exist.
We're either going to see more disc's labeled as numbers, like 1 through 13 (5, 11, and 13 are the only number labeled discs) or were going to have to fill in the blanks ourselves
so it sounded like the city was trying to open the portal but things got out of hand when wardens came through that they were to powerful and we know that when something dies it drops exp and that is why there is so much of that sculk stuff and once someone broke the portal it was to late and the place was over run with wardens
Disc 11 and 13 were solved and now Disc 5 is a new lore although its obviously someone getting chased by a warden but who knows, maybe there are more lore hidden in this new disc
