A couple of Polish videos hype it up, Calabash adventures just posted a few videos where it has performed terribly in his test garden. I've just bought one and want it to do well but would be nice to see a thorough test on UK soil and think you're the man! All the best

Merry Christmas Sid, your bang on about the M8. Found a locket masked with Iron yesterday and was able to reunite it with its owner who lost it 25 years ago. It had pictures of her parents inside. She was over the moon. Happy Days 👍

Loving the Manticore more and more, Hope to get that coil and get to some of my old sites from 10-20 years ago, also have a very small flake bronze coin from the 1500's here that are pretty valuable for their size, found a hoard of them many years ago in a cave. Merry xmas sid, great video, managed to put your beast settings in so will get out on thursday and give it a try, first time out with manticore , are the settings still the same or have you changed them, any tips for me, also got to get one of those small coils they bang them out.
Just use them settings and learn the machine, at first your going to get tricked by iron until you suss out what not to dig... Trust your ears... not all good targets are a perfect circle on target trace... If manti is erratic drop sens so its more stable 👍👍👍👍 learning curve but we'll worth it
What kinda coul is best for woodland? A small coil to get in tight spaces? Or i got the 18" coil that could be beneficial in open areas cus the ground hasnt bee ploughed?
Depends on what's under the ground... if lots of targets and iron infested then small coil for separation, if very quiet and looking for deep targets a large coil.. if medium contamination then standard coil
@englandshistory will have to do a reckie then, not there till after Xmas its in pershore area so hope they're old woods and not new will take my middle for diddle Coul 1st to assess
Have you still got your nox 900 sid? Was wondering if you would be getting chance to do a review on the 18" coil . I need someone to tell me it will be good after mixed results in that torrential rain a few weeks bk
I loved everything about the D2 when it first came out but then they started messing with updates and they were getting things wrong... i will get a D2 again for sure when I know its all sorted... light weight and built to perfection... just waiting on them getting it all dialed in correctly

Main settings the same, just adjust sens and recovery to suit groud
