The Never Ending Downfall of Everton - เกม
Certainly an issue for this as a fan also is the idea of the punishment coming from a place of openness - the overspending was reported as being because of reasoning our executives used for covid losses being rejected by the premier league, but the harshness seems downright unfair.
We are Paying for a stadium, our ownership and funding has been in shambles for years now at this point (noticeably loosing the sponsorship money for our stadium rights by Usmanov as he was sanctioned as a result of the war in Ukraine) and Gylfi had his contract voided as a result of the investigations when they took place and was a 50 Million asset in our expenditure that we were unable to recoup money on.
This feels personal, on whatever level corruption might exist within the Premier league. This is very clearly anything but intentional deception or manipulation by Everton Football club, incompetence certainly but not fraud. But as an Evertonian, there's virtually no explanation that makes this feel Fair or Just.
Great insight into the situation from an Everton perspective, thank you for your comment
As a Brighton fan I can only empathise, the fact that Chelsea and Man City can carry on as usual with their record is a joke and I hope this decision will be a major thorn in the premier league’s side for years to come.
@@Vizeh As you rightly pointed out, this does as a fanbase have a real potential to galvanise and bring us together - I have seen just in the last two days a huge coming together by Evertonians wanting to really make an effort now in games to show our distaste for the ruling. its just such a difficult situation for the club as a whole that there's no room to relax as a fan.
The lawsuit is tenuous of course, but if it were to go ahead and put us into administration there's very little to say that the club in its current evolution would continue to exist - this has been a worry for years now as relegation has become more of a likely reality, because the club really cannot afford any kind of monetary fine. Even now, the club is run off the back of High interest loans from our prospective buyers 777, and them pulling out of negotiation off the back of this controversy might just as easily cause administration.
The only bright side of all this as a Toffee beyond the huge bond we have as a fanbase, is the quality of our play right now. You are entirely correct to say, I am confident we avoid relegation. - were playing well beyond the quality even 14th place showed us to be playing like, and I believe we will react at least acceptably on the pitch.
Great video though, happy to help give any perspective from a Toffee. COYB
Typical NOW NOW NOW and THE WORLD IS OUT TO GET ME ITS ALWAYS PERSONAL working class mindset
115 charges takes work. You can’t just make 115 accusations then not have the work to back it up.
It’s coming
Grow some f}##%ing patience
Even you on your working class job probably do the easy thing first before the big ones
Also the way rules work, once they set this with Everton they will build on it and hit man city with this x100+
If it doesn’t, THEN you can go cry about how you being poor is the reason everything is bad and personal
If the legal action from Leeds, Burnley & Leicester results in a large enough to put Everton into administration that could mean another points deduction
If Everton get a 10 point deduction for a crime that really isn’t that bad, and the Premier League actually treat each team fairly (which won’t happen) Chelsea and City fans should be thinking about playing Accrington Stanley next season. It is a ridiculously harsh penalty for Everton when City and Chelsea are probably going to get away with a slap on the wrist
It's going to be a mental day when City get's just a fine, honestly wouldn't surprise me
How about we wait to see how bad all the charges are? And if they would be actually proven guilty and see how much of a breach it is
Don't understand whats this annoying loud crying over us whenever something happens anywhere in the world is somehow our fault.... wouldn't surprise me if everyone started saying that the Israel Palestine conflict was man city fault
@@Ananas-280takes the shine of your wins though. The fact that no one can talk about the charges against city says it all, success built on dodgy deals
The ting about Chelsea is we are cooperating and we are letting them come in and see everything. In addition we self reported and we are under new owners. We will probably be generous with us compared to city if they get find out guilty
@@leefox5596 and still waiting for anything other than an article by a German newspaper using information that a Portuguese hacker gave them, which the fa took and just used it as it is, the majority of charges already dismissed due to lack of evidence, the problem is that most people don't understand that our case are not that similar to Everton, Everton case is about spending more money when they're broke (which btw united also did and they were fined but there is still talks about potential breaches), man city charges are just lack of corporations and information that is all, if you read the ALLEGED charges you gonna find out that 20+ of them regard that the grass in the stadium was either taller or smaller than it should be, it almost like they're desperate to find anything against city to bring them down because otherwise the premier league would be a one team league
If Everton can get a ten point deduction for financial loss, Man city should be playing away at FC Halifax in the national league
I don't think anyone other than City fans can disagree with that
Nah they should be playing the mighty South Shields in the National League North
@@O7FTBL Nah man, get them in the Northern Premier with the Consett Steelmen haha
@@O7FTBLHa aye or Whitley bay 😂😂😂
Possibly North Shields 😂 🎉
Get better lawyers, sucks to suck.
Here's something that is interesting:
Each place lost in the table loses a club about 2 million in prize money.
The teams that broke away for the super league got a 3.5 million fine.
This means if Everton drop 2 places because the points drop, they will have a harsher penalty than 6 teams trying to destroy football
I still believe to this day that the fine given to the clubs that tried to break away from the Prem is pathetic
@@VizehAs much as anything related to the super league pissed me off, why were the clubs even fined? Unless there's something in a contract; they're their own business and do have the right to pursue other ventures, no?
At the moment Everton will be fine.
If they get docked more points it will be a struggle.
EDIT: I completely agree with the EFC Daily statement, you can guarantee it will not be applied consistent to the top teams (Man City & Chelsea).
From a Forest fan, stay strong Evertonians.
A 1000 point deduction does sound quite funny in practice haha
If anything mate the deduction will be reduced not extended 😂
@@Vizeh City & Chelsea will get a slap on the wrist. Money and lawyers talk.
If city are guilty for a fraction of what they’re accused of automatic relegation is a minimum.
This also will make clubs less likely to be honest. Everton was screwed for being honest.
Yeah I dont think Everton fans have much to worry about. The 3 promoted teams are horrible! Also relegation to division 2 is not the end of the world either. They can use that year to rebuild while winning a trophy at the same time. Kinda like Leciester City now.
@@RyanK1878 Yes Everton belive they can get it down to 6 point deduction if they apeal......... BUT!! it's not that thats the problem, it's the chain of events that will unfold when teams relegated sue Everton (I am hearing figures like 100m per team, so £300m per season after the offence). So if Everton have to pay that there is a good chance they could face more point deductions for dramaticly being in the Red that season (if they can even aford to pay it).
As a Burnley fan this situation confuses me more than you can believe
I actually feel bad for Burnley
Especially when your club is trying to sue us with relegated teams from last season.

#Premierleagueiscorup
@@ZeDazzler when will the fa stop being so corup 😔
The points you're making about Everton being together is absolutely true
Remember when the allegations came against city and seemed like the whole world was against the team, pep and basically Manchester city declared war on everyone and went on a 16 wins streak because it was showing as "its us against the world"
I feel like at the end of the season, Everton will benefit from this on the long run because sean dyche is a master at using this stuff for his biggest factor on coaching which is strong team spirit
Gooddison park gonna be a hell of a fight for any team that goes there
Everton fans usually argue with each other about the club so when they are all actually on the same page it may be a problem haha
@@Vizeh yeah they definitely are a problem now, watch out for a press conference from sean dyche, he'll talk about this, put everyone as enemies and basically Everton players gonna have that P.E.S red arrows on them (inform)
Man its gonna be tough going there and I'm not excited to play them away anymore hahaha, they're already pain in the butt
When Leeds started on -15 it was a brilliant season, winning our first 5 to get back to zero and would have won the league if not for the deduction, was massively us against the world
@@johnlock4966 yes!!!!, that's exactly what i thought about when the point came up
It is genuinely disgusting what is happening to this league. Im an Everton supporter, and while I do agree we have broken *A* rule over the past two years, it is something that comes out of desperate times (covid, bad ownership, unforeseen stadium costs). City is a club that ive been fond of for sometime for a few reasons, but even as a “supporter” I recognized that we broke rules. Clubs like City and Chelsea will never be deducted points (not now, atleast) because of the social attention they bring the league. They have been trying to dismantle the league both overtly and secretly for years (as we saw with the failed super league) but continue to be served their crowns on gold platters. Everton may deserve something bad, but there are far too many clubs who deserve worse.
Absolutely. The fact that City have been proven to have broken FFP rules over a hundred times is a cause for concern given that Everton were given this punishment. The clubs who were relegated can also put the boot in on Everton. Which, to me, seems why nothing will happen to City. Can you imagine taking the titles back from them? Then the second-placed teams being awarded those titles? The rules should be the same for everyone, not just for those clubs who can hire the most expensive lawyers. The PL is just a corrupt organisation from top to bottom. No better than FIFA in that respect.
@@gentleken7864I'm not a fan of any premiership team but I don't think City have been proven of anything
@@glencurtis6052 UEFA's original FFP case from 2019 said that prosecution was time-barred for 5 years. City's serious FFP rule-breaking was from 2012-2013. That is why they couldn't charge City. But the PL has no such time-barring for prosecution. And they can proceed with this....but probably won't, making this Everton punishment all the more myopic. City were proven to have obstructed the investigation too by dragging their feet in the UEFA investigation. Like I said, they can hire the expensive lawyers and the owners have said as much.
@@gentleken7864I think you're jumping the gun here. It makes sense that a legal team like theirs would go for the quickest way to drop all charges. Even if it's not the most future proof, they would need to shut that down immediately. It's fairly obvious that the main reason why the fa is stepping in and putting the charges is to stop the government from getting more involved. The charges were placed to make the fa look competent, if city is innocent or not is a secondary concern to them. The reason why they are even able to fight the charges is because they couldn't prove them in the first place. At the moment they aren't guilty. While they most likely did break some sort of rule, it's mostly definitely going to a lot smaller than what we are currently seeing. Expect a simple points deduction and fine.
To be honest, I do think Everton should be punished for their poor spending, I don't buy the excuse that it is just covid. But 10 points is way too harsh and as others have pointed out, City and Chelsea should be worried about being kicked out of English football now.
On the flip side, if there is ever a season for you to take a 10 point deduction, it is this one. Burnley, Sheffield Utd and Luton are just that bad
Am not even an Everton fan but this situation is why the big teams stay big and no matter how good small teams get they will never get in those spots without a Man-City type of takeover. Now yes Everton technically broke the rules no doutb but the diffrence between Everton getting a 10 point deduction from an offense from 2 years and ago and City still being allowed to play with almost a decade worth of charges with no punishment in sight is good lawyers and the power of what i call "connections" . Of course Everton is being made an example off cause the system goes like this , the small fries have to abide the rules or they are toast but the big boys so long as they dont make a fush about it on social media they can do as they please.
Sadly I can’t really deny this is the case unless if City gets punished the way they should
Man, you talking about Pompey’s points deduction in the 09/10 season brings back many sad memories. Was definitely one of the lowest moments of my life. I hope Everton can bounce back from this.
I still need to do a video on Portsmouth actually
@@Vizeh If you need any information about Pompey and its recent history, I’m more than happy to help.
With the beat in the back it sounds like you’re spittin bars lol🔥 Solid content as always too, shame that City will probably somehow remain immune from punishment
Can we appreciate how Vizeh never fails to suckle on our toesies?
WHAT

Wtf? Also hi vizeh.
My best mate is an Everton fan and he has taken the new as best as an Everton fan can
The new Everton Stadium is also selected as one of the 10 venues for the upcoming Euro 2028, which will be held in UK and Ireland. It's such a "big embarrassment" for the English Football if the club that owns this ground only played in the second division for a couple of years, while the stadium could be used for the international matches of England and the other European competitions outside Euro 2028.
In comparison, Germany, who will stage the next year's European Championship, had four venues, whose clubs that are associated with were playing outside 1.Bundesliga (Schalke 04, Hamburger SV, Fortuna Dusseldorf, Hertha BSC).
As an Evertonian, just wait. Goodison Park will become a fortress
Evertonians don't need a reason to be up for it, this will completely get the club on one page
Last season of Goodisson Park 🙁
Or a block of flats
Ye but can't magically make your players not shite.
Haha 2-0 to everton vs man united?
great vid mate
Everton will be fine. They just hit some decent form now and even with the 10 points deduction they will do enough to survive since Burnley, Luton and Sheffield United aren't doing well this season.
I can’t disagree right now honestly
Love the new style of content lately bro
Love you bro, thank you!
I always enjoy your football analysis, great watch.
Can’t sue a club in the prem, only can sue the premier league themselves who admit it’s not a sporting/on-field infraction. It’s from the stadium, which Liverpool also only got a fine when under Rodgers (but by UEFA). 10 points is steep for £19.5m over
as an evertonian, I still have no doubt we're staying up
as Liverpool fan, i would like to suggest man city to get 5 deduction points from 13-14 season to 22-23 season.
I would say its fair to say that 10 point deduction from 1 breach is fine. Let's say that a 100-point deduction just means relegation. If City is guilty on all charges I would say that 11 relegations would just be fair and logical.
I don't know FFP rules that well, but I've been curious why this gets an investigation and penalty, but a club like Wrexham spending 2 leagues above their place on the pyramid isn't getting a deeper look. Especially when it seems like they will be in really big trouble if/when Hulu cancels their series. Reynolds/McIlhenny have been pretty open about having to plow a ton of their own money into the team.
Another great video . Thank you for that
Thank you Tony
I would have no issue with the points deduction if there was some consistency with how other clubs are punished.
Not even an everton supporter but its crazy to give a team a 10 point deduction just for not being Saudi owned
Great video, I'm impressed by how accurately you've conveyed the thoughts of Evertonians and provided necessary context. It's refreshing to watch such a measured yet passionate perspective from a fan of football.
Glad you enjoyed it!❤️

The craziest part of it all, to me? ...Dyche could still somehow pull off an escape with this lot.
I personally don't want them to but yeah.
I have absolutely no doubt in my mind Dyche will be fine
@@Vizeh Him, sure. The team itself as a whole? They've dodged one too many bullets, you can only do so much before it finally catches up with you.
@@BrasilianFurythis is a bit different than dodging bullets like the last two seasons. Playing much more effective football than anytime since Ancelotti.
This is not self inflicted at the playing squad level. It should be a comfortably midtable squad without this deduction.
The thing about Chelsea is we are cooperating and we are letting them come in and see everything. In addition we self reported and we are under new owners. We will probably be generous with us compared to city if they get find out guilty. For everton this was expected but the punishment seems harsh to me. But what do I know 😂
Yeah I wasn’t really too concerned about Chelsea just yet, I think that may be a conversation down the line but City is something that may be a huge day for English Football
The club statement from everton claimed they were also doing this. So if what they say is true, Chelsea could may well not be out the woods yet.
I was a huge Man City fan back in 09 when i started really watching football at age 10. Watching them develop over the year's was awesome but over the last few years i really do not support or care for city anymore due to i felt they have been a huge problem in the corruption of Football today. It seems every year they preach some ffp or fa rules but do not suffer the consequences. If Everton has preached rules, then they should be punished for it, but that goes with every other club and a big one being Man City.
It’s going to be a huge day for football when the charges get given and to see what they are absolutely
Everton were doing too good in the premier so they had to get nerfed
Still higher in the table then Burnley🤷♂️
Liam's fuming
Trust me, I know
I can't wait to see what happens to Man city and Chelsea considering their facing tougher charges.
First of all chelsea aren't facing charges neither is city as they have denied all of them. Not saying they wont in the future, but dont get your hopes up. Everything out right now is just clickbait from the media, due to the everton charges.
very cool video
Can't wait for the smaller club to get done in by this but the bigger clubs get a 'warning'
Time will tell mate
what has happened to everton is absolutely not fair. i hate the fact that because chelsea and man city are "big teams", even though what they have spent is much worse they get away with it like it's nothing.
everton has plenty of problems already, while chelsea and man city less so. I am a city fan yes, but I won't defend them in this aspect and say it's fine that they haven't been punished because it isn't, everton has gotten the sharp end of the stick for no reason, adding to these problems they already have. it should be the other way around in my opinion.
i do hope the team can bounce back.
Fair doos lad! That was a fair report.
Love Dyche as our manager.
Re: Everton not gaining advantage
According to the screenshot of the article, the commission ruled that EFC didn't breach rules *to* gain an advantage. That means that the commission isn't accusing them of having such intent, and the intent, I'd think, would be extremely difficult to prove, so it'd be a stupid hill to die on for the commission.
It didn't say that they did not gain an advantage though.
Maybe a factor, I believe it’s hard to pinpoint as there’s so many factors involved with the stadium, covid, sigurdsson etc
It almost feels like Everton, the club, the fans, aren't allowed to have some semblence of what is called "Happyness".
the new stadium looks like it's gonna be a banger tho!
Especially in Division Two …..
Love your vids sir!
Love this comment sir
As a Liverpool fan I'm loving this but as a football fan I'm struggling to see how this is fair on Everton they haven't gained an advantage from it so why are they punishing them in this way to me it makes no sense a fine and maybe a transfer ban probably would've been more suitable but they set the standard now so they have to hold city to the same standard but I bet city get off lightly compared to Everton
This is the 3rd time I had to sub. I think there might be something going on with ur channel
I’m a Liverpool fan and I feel this is absolutely ridiculous 🤬
Maybe the EPL is finally growing some balls.. Mancity and Chelsea might start sweating.
I imagine half of citys charges will be ruled in favor of city but i cant imagine them getting more than a 15 point points deduction, a massive fine and a transfer window ban. The prem wont relegate them
Everton fan here. We broke the rules and deserve a penalty but this is just absurd. We will move on though and Everton will be a problem for everyone after this break 💙
Sean Dyche continue your good work
from an non english premier league fan thank you for your work
It’s so unfair that Everton are getting docked while teams like City and Chelsea are doing crazy things with money. Not unfair but I think if it will happen to Everton, it should happen to anyone. Lov vids. Btw how is the griezmann vis going?
Hey Liam how does it feel still being below them?
It's feels great mate
here everton advantage is they are in good form I could see them maybe snatching a point or two from the top 10 and maybe shock Man City well not really but can beat relegation team to maybe snatch mid table as Anceloti took them to 10th place and one point top 4 so it is possible with a decent coach
Just FYI Everton were hit hardest in commercial revenues mitigation. The flippant tone is unjustified for that mitigation. Everton secured stadium naming rights deal worth up to £200m that was taken away in that 3yr cycle. This fell through when USM shareholders were sanctioned for Russian operations. This was due to a war. Also the 1 breach is relating to interest payments on building a stadium. Which other club was building a stadium during covid? Do you know what happened to the price of construction?
I hope everton stay up.anyways thx for the upload i was very bored prior to this
As a big Sean Dyche fan i hope he rescues everton from relegation, after all he's the ultimate relegation avoider
Yes and no to that one haha, he’s a great manager but he has been relegated before
As a Nottingham forest fan would love to see you make a video on us
I get Man City I most definitely guilty on at least 1 of those 115 charges but that’s just it it’s a 115 not 1. At the end of the day if Everton broke the rules they should receive the consequences however I do feel bad for the fans this isn’t their fault it’s their irresponsible owners fault. If this happened to wolves I’d be fuming so they have every right to be angry. And as for city I’d say if they are found guilty on even 10 of those charges their treble should be stripped and given to the runners up who they faced during those wins and expulsion from the EPL to whatever league is most proportionate with the level of breaches and they should also receive a transfer ban.
Nothing substantial will happen to City, putting a tenner on it
I do feel for Everton and Everton fans. Its crazy to me that they can marginally break the rules, be found to have gained no sporting advantage, and yet be deducted points. All the time, ManCity completely shat all over the rulebook and face nothing.
It’s not marginally. You have been caught red handed.
new stadium expenses should not be count in this case .
Nice
Everton should have just been handed a fine. i think we can all agree with that.
Players dont take it too hard go out and enjoy your games
I get the point about sporting advantage unfortunately it does stick when you consider how much Everton have pissed up the wall on players in the past few windows.
Also on the city point some of those charges are bollox, like the grass being too long. Either way if Everton got 10 points City need the club destroying.
It’s embarrassing they’ve been deducted 10 points and are still above us
Ah mate honestly it's just funny at this stage hahaha
Get a life mate grow up
Really enjoy your videos mate just not the arsenal ones 😂big up bro
Good video mate, no doubt we broke the rules by a small margin but a 10 point deduction is farcical
Honestly I’m not too worried about Everton this season I don’t think they’re honestly a relegation caliber team. Thank goodness my team already played them at Goodison Park.
They’re much more dangerous at home in the second half of the season recent years.
They have goy out of trouble at the end of the season for quite a few of the last 25+ years including a VERY dubious JOME win against Wimbledon at Goodison,on the last fay, when just like the other year they were 2/0 down in a "must win" game and won 3/2 though, against Wimbledon, The Ref gave them massive help.
Tbf people are forgetting everton have been under investigation for ages woth 1 charge so it will be way longer with 115 and city could still get fair sanctions and 1150 deduction would technically put them only in championship but if think they will jsy have everything stripped and be put into league 1 but given money to survive
You see everton Will bounce back keep the faith everton fans 💙💙
Hope Everton work it out. As for city, hope they get plonked in the national league, they’ll lose players but if they’re smart, they’ll rely more on their academy players to step up and make the grade.
I'm pretty sure Guardiola said that he would leave Man City if they were found guilty. I wonder if he keeps his word
He lies all the time.
I think as a City fan it's better if i keep my mouth shut at this but that it sucks for Everton.
Everton fans: what about Man City and Chelsea?
Still think Everton will stay up despite this points deduction. But wow, Bramley Dock could still very well be the best stadium in the Championship after all.
No doubt Sean Dyche will keep them up haha
If Everton weren't in the relegation battles they wouldn't even be on the Leeds, Leicester and Burnley radars to sue. Everton evidently dropped in form during this period so even if they intended to get a sporting advantage they did not. So it's sower grapes.
all of money is on dychey staying up also great video
Dyche ball
Everton we wiil stay up keep the faith
Why? The real question is why hasn't city been instantly relegated in the same spirit?
Was looking forward to hearing your take on this as you are normally spot on with this but taking one article from a journalist who prints stories for clicks and not looking at other sources is rather disappointing. I think the fact a war between Ukraine and Russia cost Everton over 200m in sponsorship as well as Everton not spending hardly anything in them two last season also show that if them clubs are sue to anyone it’s the prem
I think it is harsh considering City's charges, and they have opened a can of worms for themselves by punishing everton
Insane, nit even a Liverpool fan would do this against Everton. We all know that nothing will have to the likes of New Castle and City, even with their bogus sponsor contracts. This why even though City made a great achievement and the players were amazing through the Champions League, their win felt soulless.
Vizeh if Everton pay the 300m fines logically the money we wasted in the summer on players we didn’t need we might get it all back which is a bonus
Fair enough!
So sometimes it works out for the ones who don’t expect it I’m sure Alan pace will be rubbing his hands in joy if we do get 100m for free
Clubs cant sue each other they other teams will have to sue PL itself
It's disgraceful that Man City and Chelsea will get away with the charges but Everton don't
Only time will tell my friend
The ting about Chelsea is we are cooperating and we are letting them come in and see everything. In addition we self reported and we are under new owners. We will probably be generous with us compared to city if they get find out guilty
How did we get away with the charges we haven't even been charged yet my g 😂
Absolutely ludicrous that they would punish Everton this hard. They’re trying to make an example out of the wrong club. If they go down to the championship so should Chelsea and Man city as well
Again with the upload on time🤣
But anyways, coming from a red, everton being relegated would feel weird
Liverpool and Everton has the strangest and most unique relationship of a derby i've ever seen I can't lie haha
@@Vizeh we kinda coexist up until the derby

Absolute disgrace ... I think Everton will be okay anyways they have been playing quite well last few weeks , apart from Pickford u guys are alright !
City - as much as full expulsion may be warranted, it won’t happen. I think the best outcome (from a fair perspective) is the below, but the likelihood is a simple ban from transfer market and cup competitions.
Relegation from the premier league, banned from domestic cup competitions for 5yrs, and an 18month transfer market ban
Just heard sky sports are looking at using a prerecorded crowd for the game broadcast at Goodison on Sunday because of ‘potential bad language’… bollocks, they just want to hinder and minimise the distaste from Evertonians towards the EPL…
As a United fan, I am not looking forward to facing Everton and the entire month of December
The committee controlled the timeframe of the investigation. It is a tight decision that will probably see a reduction on appeal. The lawsuit if frivolous and petty. Even fans of these clubs should see that this is nonsense.
This is clearly research done from twitter. I would suggest actually reading the document, or just start at point 137. Where sporting advantage is clearly shown
If the points deduction was used to set the bar for what’s to come for City and Chelsea it’s fair enough … if City don’t get automatic relegation to league 2 now then the Prem is definitely corrupt.
Everton will climb the table now for sure, they’ll be stronger for this.
The equivalence with Portsmouth is treachorous
If your club goes into administration they can't hold on to your best players because they're free to go, they can't spend money on new players and nobody wants to sign for them anyway because of the uncertainty over the future.
Administration basically carries it's own punishment. The points penalty from the league is just one more thing.
Stay strong from Sunderland fan.
I feel for the fans and the players. But at the end of the day, they broke the rules, they knew what could happen.
