This is one of the late-golden period Pumpkins very best. It fits Corgan's general motif, dark, slightly sinister, etc. It's a musically superior representative of a late 90s alt/electronica hybrid. This should be soundtrack for an Edgar Allan Poe reading, not Arnold Schwarzenegger saying "Hey Batman! ICE to meet you!"

It's amazing how, changing something like the tempo of a song, can give a song a completely different feel or meaning. For example: this version of this song compared to the slower, darker version used for The Watchmen trailer; or Nine Inch Nails version of Hurt, compared to Johnny Cash's cover; or Johnny Cash's version of Ring Of Fire, compared to Wall Of Voodoo's slower, darker live cover version, from their Ugly Americans In Australia live album.

Охранительная песня ! Верните мои 90-ые годы !!
This song S L A P S
this is one of the most underrated songs. his lyrics, the delivery, billy’s voice, cadence, electric guitar. damn, dude. bravo, billster. 🥹🫡🥰
This is an immediate replay whenever I listen to it
Haven't heard this in ages!!! Love it!
So glad childhood me got the CD of this at the time, this and all its great remixes. What a gemstone in my collection
I didn't know bill burr had a band. seriously though, great tune even nearly 20 years later.
Ophelia Darkling he goes by William Patrick Burr now.
Stupenda intramontabile❤❤❤
My all time Smashing Pumpkins favourite
I love The Smashing Pumpkins. thanks for the video
This is a much cooler (pun not really intended) song than that movie deserved.
Yes!
It's been years and years since I've seen this video. It was cool to hear something totally different from the Pumpkins as they always tried something new.. D'arcy makes this video by the way.
I remember airing a fake radio station with my brother and the only song we played was this one. And the beginning is the end is the beginning. Great Times!
In this video, Billy shows us his vogue dance moves.
Timeless...!
