Greetings engineer I have this issue with one of my generator i am doing maintenance, thanks very much for the procedure,i will go and try it there, but was show me speed sensor disconnected
Dear Sir If it is showing the sensor has disconnected Please check the sensors circuit it might corroded or the sensor is bad you can check the resistance of the sensor by multimeter Crank the engine and check the sensors resistance. You can do this if you bypass the starter motors solenoid in order to be able to crank If you want to know how to test this sensor let me know I will upload a related video.
Hello, I am having the same problem with a generator similar to the one you are calibrating the sensor, it has a new sensor, calibrated, and the failure continues, loss of signal or erratic speed sensor, what could be happening there if the problem remains the same
Greetings If you have replaced the sensor and still have the same problem please check those two wires which connected to the sensor either there is loose connection or one of the wire has been corroded. Note:for loose connection you need the inspect the sensor connector If there is loose connection engine vibrations will cause loose the signal.
@@northjayhoon9789 Hello, thank you for your information, I replaced the harness by making a new one other than the one it came with and it continues to present the problem, I believe that the problem is caused by the fuel, I notice that the engine slows down as the load of each section of the hotel where it is installed. Sometimes you have to turn it on up to 3 times for it to start.
Thanks for your comment! You can do that, I can do that but for a trainee mechanic who still need experience I think it is ok take more time do a measurement to make sure everything goes will.

What is the distance b/n the two marks?
Greetings
Thank you for your inquiry, that was a good point missing in the video.
It is 3mm .
Thank you. Really useful.
Glad it was helpful!
I like to know more about it again

Good
good job
👍👍👍👏👏👏
How about the engine local connectivity shutdown.how to resolve
Could you please tell further about local connectivity?
Is this generator running as a backup?
I like the lecture
how can I get talk privately
I mean am a trainee and I needed more knowledge and understanding about the work sir...
I want you to be my mentor

You make too big a deal of just screw it into a stop by hand back it out one turn
