2 cups all purpose flour _ 2 tasse de farine
2 tbs yeast _ 2 cuillières à soupe de levure
2 tbs oil or butter _ 2 cuillières à soupe de beurre
1 tsp salt _ 1 cuillière à café de sel
1 cup water _ une tasse d'eau
oil for frying
let the dough rest for 30 minutes
laisser reposer votre pâte 30 minutes
SALTFISH _ POISSON SALÉ

400g saltfish_ 400g de poisson salé
1/2 an onion chopped _demi_oignon haché
1 tomato chopped _ 1 tomate haché
1 tbs chopped garlic _1 cuillière à soupe d'ail haché
1 tsp black pepper 1 cuillière à café poivre noir
1/2 green ball pepper _ demi poivron vert
1/2 yello bell pepper _ demi poivron jaune
1 tbs parsley _ 1 cuillière à soupe persil
2 tbs oil_2 cuillières à soupe d'huile
boil the saltfish twice_ faire bouillir le poisson salé deux fois
