I work evenings so I usually wake up around 10 am. Today, I have jury duty so I made sure to get up at 4 am so I had enough time to workout beforehand. The fact that I’m awake in time for jury duty is already a miracle; the fact that I woke up even earlier to ensure I got my workout in- that’s pure dedication. Dedication to these workouts. A couple Summertime Fine Challenges ago, I constantly told myself that I’m not an “endurance person.” Today, a couple years later, I absolutely love this endurance style and CRUSHED this workout! Great work, team 💘! I’m so proud of all of us! And a big THANK YOU to our beautiful trainer ❤️!!
So wild we just did this in May and I totally forgot about it! haha. Those superman/mountain-climbers are so fun. :) I was enjoying today so much, I could have done 4 reps in each circuit! Thank you Sydney for keeping us challenged this month!! I also wanted to say (I hope you see this amidst your billion comments and things) that the mental perspective coaching that you include in every workout is helping me SO MUCH with my PhD dissertation!!! When I get stuck (burnout) or when a work session is less productive (less perfect!) than I hoped it to be, I remember that what matters is giving my best during the time that I have, with what I have, and moving on. CONSISTENCY, not perfection. Wisdom applicable in SO many areas of life!!! Thank you Sydney for helping sculpt not only my physical body, but also my mindset over the last 4 months!!

I haven’t worked out since Eid so that’s almost 5 days. Best believe, I’m gonna be wishing to rage quit throughout this workout. God help me. Between campaigning for our Palestinian brothers and sisters, and studying; I hope I can challenge myself to finish this workout promptly.
Monday and Tuesday’s Week 3 got me like 🥴 but at the same time strong . I can’t imagine how much more challenging the rest of the week/program will be. Wow! This is another level of insanity but I love it. Everyday has challenged me more and more. I have not felt this strong mentally/physically/emotionally in a very long time. I wake up every morning literally looking forward to these workouts . It really helps me set the tone for the rest of the day. I also love reading some of the comments from those who have already finished the workouts beforehand. It’s motivating and scary at the same time lol. It helps me mentally prepare for what I am up against
That workout took me to my happy place 🤩 It’s the go zone. The constant movement allows the distracting thoughts and emotions to roll on by with much less disturbance in my sweet flow 💜

Absolutely loved this one. I feel like it flew by! The whole workout I kept thinking, “she hasn’t made us do something really intense like burpees yet?! When is it coming?!” Op. There it is.
I do the same thing. I mentally check off the "hard" cardio moves like burpees, mountain climbers, plank jacks, etc. HAlf way through I had a feeling burpees would be at the last! WHEW.
I stopped working out in February during quarantine. I stopped making excuses and on 31 October 2021 decided i was going to prioritize my health and my fitness. i have lost so much strength and endurance so this one was definitely tough for me. i did my best and I want to increase my effort so i only get better. Thanks Sydney for your incredible workouts and dedication!!!
Cardio and Abs are my two least favorite workouts, but if every Cardio/Abs workout was like this, they would quickly become my favorite!!! Thoroughly enjoyed this and honestly looking forward to the next one! CRUSHED IT
woo!! did it! just a little ramble: this was my first time working out in a week, and that last time i worked out last week was my first time working out in more than a month. ramadan just ended and my exams are finished (yay!) so now i can go back to working out! i noticed that i gained weight (or maybe im just hallucinating with my sports bra being tighter than i remembered) and it really shouldn't make me stressed since weight fluctuations are normal, but my old toxic thoughts are kinda getting louder again. so now im back to working out since i truly do enjoy it and it makes me happier! conclusion: THANK YOU SYDNEY FOR ALWAYS BEING HERE WHEN WE'RE READY! know that we all appreciate and cherish you and if you ever need a break, you can always do so!

The fact that I thought I would not be able to complete this workout since there are no rest within one circuit after seeing your story nonetheless showed up and literally did this without stopping except for maybe 10-15 secs once or twice really shows how much we are pushing our endurance so much this month!!! Fiiiinally after more than 2 weeks of working out with sydney the first workout that I complete without stopping from beginning to end AND IT'S CARDIO !!! my endurance has improved a lot I remember the first week I couldn't even finish 10 minutes without stopping I'm feeling so much stronger 💪💪😍
I found it hard to start today! Mental blockage that would shook off. No workouts with Coach SC should ever be wasted is my mentality. If Coach can do it…so could I. Thanks Coach SC ❤️

I forgot that she starts the new calendar on a Monday. I got up so excited this morning, and then realized we weren't starting the new month. My disappointment made me work harder in this workout.

I can't keep up with these high intensity workouts. I end up burning out in the last 10 minutes but I really enjoy Sydney's positive attitude and I enjoy trying. I can't wait to feel stronger.

Yesterday, was a full day of moving out from my college apartment and going back home! It was a bit overwhelming because for the first time since Jan 4th I missed a workout with Sydney! Instead of seeing it as a failure, I saw it as a chance to take care of myself and my priorities in other ways. I didn't want to try and rush a workout for the sake of it b/c that could've caused more time constraint and anxiousness. Today, I came back with even more vigor to get back to sweating and challenging myself! Now that I'm on my summer break, I plan to prioritize myself each day by working out with Syndey and stretching! If there are days that I miss, I know this is okay because today I showed myself that I can always get back up! Resiliency and Consistency 101! Life lessons
Crushed it. Was not personally having a great day today but doing this workout helped me feel so much better. Let’s all show up again tomorrow and crush another

My mind went back and forth w/ just keep going (auto pilot) and not trusting my breathing will recover..I am really proud of myself for what I did accomplish!! Fiiiinally after more than 2 weeks of working out with sydney the first workout that I complete without stopping from beginning to end AND IT'S CARDIO !!! my endurance has improved a lot I remember the first week I couldn't even finish 10 minutes without stopping

I forgot that she starts the new calendar on a Monday. I got up so excited this morning, and then realized we weren't starting the new month. My disappointment made me work harder in this workout.

I can't keep up with these high intensity workouts. I end up burning out in the last 10 minutes but I really enjoy Sydney's positive attitude and I enjoy trying. I can't wait to feel stronger.

Yesterday, was a full day of moving out from my college apartment and going back home! It was a bit overwhelming because for the first time since Jan 4th I missed a workout with Sydney! Instead of seeing it as a failure, I saw it as a chance to take care of myself and my priorities in other ways. I didn't want to try and rush a workout for the sake of it b/c that could've caused more time constraint and anxiousness. Today, I came back with even more vigor to get back to sweating and challenging myself! Now that I'm on my summer break, I plan to prioritize myself each day by working out with Syndey and stretching! If there are days that I miss, I know this is okay because today I showed myself that I can always get back up! Resiliency and Consistency 101! Life lessons
