I see all the work that went into this video, just to have the whole project in jeopardy immediately after you publish it. I feel like the owner is trying to pull a John Fisher here and is going to move the team and ask for the relocation fee to be waived because the county commission stalled.

I don't live in Florida but I think it's time for Stuart Sternberg to sell the team. His penny-pinching has ruined the Rays.

First Tampa isn't building anything. The new stadium was going to be built in St. Pete. That deal is just about dead now. So no new stadium.

It's foolishly to build a new stadium for a team with low game attendance. No taxpayer funds should be allocate for this bad idea.

The new stadium never made any sense. Just another real estate development deal at the expense of the taxpayers. The Rays have never drawn flies and the reason most often given is because of the Tropicana Field location. The solution is to build a 1.3 billion dollar stadium with 312 million dollars from the taxpayers directly next door? How does that change the “bad location” that hinders fans from attending games. If the new stadium plan was that great private investors would want to invest the 312 million.
