Haha, you'll soon realise a knife (or back-scratcher!) will be a necessity with all the box opening you'll be doing! 😁 Wish I could give you feedback on the cards, but very new myself! Can give you general feedback, tho.. enjoyed the vid!! 👍
Fun openings! But it breaks my heart seeeing mystery box packs opened without being drafted and played (which they are made for I suppose) Mystery box boosters are cards from ALL of magics history. Including exclusive fun "playtest"cards. But it was originally made as a fun product to draft from my belief
@@EddyGatheringMagic I can understand that. I think it also depend a lot how you do it as there are many versions of it. Try "grid draft". We do that on 4 people (2 + 2 during the drafting process) Then usual commander play after. Benefits of draft are more balance. More theme if you draft from a set. More or ALL cards are actually useful Slower pace to allow all cards to shine more You can play with people that don't own cards. Every session is different and boredom of playing same deck is never there. Commander is great tho but I avoid any constructed format as as much as people claim it's casual, there is always that hunt for "that card" and it's p2w for those that has more cards. Or the variety issue of playing the same thing over and over. Also it tend to make a lot of cards utterly useless which I don't like. I'd like all cards to be useful. Even commons. That will never be a thing in constructed. Chances are only one card in several packs is even remotely interesting and the rest end up as paper waste. Both have pros and cons. But I could play commander (standard form) as long as people shut up about "power levels" and "bans" xD xD
Oooo swords to plowshares is a GOATed card from the early days of Magic!
You should put swords to plowshares into one of your commander decks!
Back scratcher for the win!
Came in clutch!

The back scratcher will stay nearby forever now hahha. Glad you enjoyed the video! 👊
Who let the dogs out!
Enjoyed the video! I wanted to get a box but in the middle of trying to buy one they ran out of stock!
That sucks! Hopefully you can grab one next time they sell them!

I tried draft mode recently and did not enjoy it. Commander is still my preferred way of playing MTG!
@@EddyGatheringMagicthat’s cuz you hate deck building 😅
Booster drafts are so fun!!

I think test card is one they never actually released but were just testing it and decided not to use it?
You can use a back scratcher for anything. You just need a little creativity 😅
Hahaha
Is it worth getting into magic if you will mainly play solo on mtga?
I don’t think so. I would recommend getting into it with people or going to a local game store and playing there!
