[PL/EN] Fiat Grande Punto - Rear manual window lifter replacement

- [WITH ENGLISH AND POLISH SUBTITLES] Fiat and it's "cranktronic" :) The video shows the complete process of replacing the manually-operated rear window lifting mechanism, including door upholstery removal procedure. Broken cables in the mechanism of rear window are common in these cars. Exchange procedure will take you no more than an hour if you do it for the first time (every next will be shorter, my high score is circa 15 minutes). Complete mechanism prices start at about 100 Polish Zloty for good quality not original part. I encourage everyone to do it exchange yourself, it's pretty easy.

I am very happy that the videos are understandable and help solve the problems :) I added a English subtitles now - can you check? It is now also possible to auto-translate it to your favourite language by selecting "options -> subtitles -> auto-translate" and then choose your language (it works, but translation quality depends on Google Traslate function). Video description and title are also translated so if you use English TH-cam user interface, probably you get all in english (i don't know how this function works because my account is registered in Poland). I make a subtitles manually, it takes a two hours for the 13 minutes of this movie :) Google translate is very poor in Polish technician language (automatic translate is completely useless) so I decide to manual translate according to my knowledge of English. Sorry if it's poor (my English is very poor), but I hope it helps a little. If you can, write down what do you think about this translate. If it helps, I'll add translations to all of my movies gradually.

U mnie rocznik 2013 jakoś inaczej wygląda korbka. Nie ma tyle miejsca co na filmie, nie widać omegi.
Pomyśl o otwarciu serwisu. Dobrych fachowców nigdy za wiele, a Twoje filmy pokazują, że każdą naprawę wykonujesz na najwyższym poziomie!
Dziękuję za miłe słowa, cieszę się że filmy pokazują naprawy w sposób profesjonalny - takie jest ich założenie, mam nadzieję że są pomocne. Póki co nie planuję własnego warsztatu, jestem samoukiem i nie znam się na wszystkich aspektach tak dobrze aby świadczyć usługi pod którymi "mógłbym się podpisać", jednak jeśli po czasie się na to zdecyduję to na pewno na TH-cam będzie o tym wyraźna wzmianka. Instrukcja bardzo pomocna. Do podważenia obicia, zamiast łyżek, użyłem skrobaczki i łyżeczki dziecięcej (plastikowej). Żadnej spinki nie popsułem. Czas wymiany to 1h15 min.
1:35 zgubiłem xD szukałem w trawie godzinę i nie ma
Jakby ktoś szukał to na allegro można znaleźć "zabezpieczenie korbki szyby" do fiata 126p za 1zł. Jest trochę mniejsze ale pasuje do grande punto.

Dzięki za poradnik. Niestety u mnie stara korbka nie może wejść na nowy mechanizm i będę musiał wymieniać. Zastanawia mnie tylko to, że Ty też w starym mechanizmie masz końcówkę od korbki bardziej ściętą, a w tym nowym bardziej płaską i Ci pasuje.

Hi, I can't remember. I did not measure it, sorry. Brand new window lifter in poland is quite cheap, so I replaced it integrally.

Dzisiaj pod blokiem tez mnie to czeka :D przy okazji proponuje sprawdzić stan głośników. Ja przy okazji również je wymienię bo stare nie miały zawieszeń górnych i w ogóle nie grały.
Dobra robota! Jakiego kleju użyłeś do przyklejenia pianki? Ładnie zszedł stary więc jakieś silikony i patexy odpadają. W bmw mam czarną masę klejaco uszczelniającą ale tutaj nie chciałbym jej używać

Dziękuję za ten film. Dzięki Panu wymieniłem właśnie korbotronic w punto my2012 (zerwana linka opuszczania szyby). W stosunku do filmiku różnice miałem nieznaczne, tj. sposób mocowania boczkow - trzeba odkręcić kieszonkę, wyjąć ją, potem 2 śruby odkręcić i dopiero można zdejmować tapicerkę. Mam też głośniki w drzwiach, które jak się okazało są zanitowane, więc bez małego przedarcia wygluszenia się nie obeszło i utrudniały lekko dostęp. Cała reszta identycznie. Bez doświadczenia zajęło mi to ponad godzinę, najdłużej zakładanie omegi na korbkę. Jeszcze raz dziękuję!
