Hi everyone, this is my entry for "Seoul, my new recipe" Contest. This is the first ever "cooking contest" that I am entering, as I love Korean Food and always dream of visiting Korea some day. You can help make my dream come true when you "Like" and "Share" this video, because it will higher my chance of winning a trip to Korea. Thank you so much for your support^^
Thank you for your comment. People might pronounce herb with a silent "h" in your region, but in other parts of the world we pronounce herb with a clear "h". Both ways are correct I believe :)
WOWW VERY GOOD. but it is difficult to hear with the music so loud, sorry (I can't hear well). Thank you for the recipe. it's really good. (I will need to find some of the viet. paste or omit it)THANKS.
Interesting take on the recipe - very creative! I love the mix of colours and how many fresh ingredients you use. Will definitely be trying this one out!
I'm just a beginner in balcony gardening. I think this first year is important for me to gain confident and gather ideas. I will come back next year with a more well-planned balcony garden. Will surely share the results then ^^
Helen your new Korean Fusion Spring Roll is so good. You have a talent for blending dishes into something so new and delicious. Thanks Helen this dish really steals the show around my kitchen Bless you
Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes....Your videos are so easy to follow. :-) Being a single dad, it is so hard to come up with a nice dinner for my kids every day...Keep up the great works!!!
Hey Helen. I just want to say your dishes look so delicious. I definitely like the spring rolls. Do you think you could make a delicious crab Rangoon? I restaurants I go to just use cream cheese and crab. But never season it or flair it up some. Any ideas to break the pattern how its made? Thank you :)

THIS IS AWESOME! Since your cooking foods from Korea, Can you make a tutorial on how to make Pad Thai? I'd never ate Thai food before... (besides Tom Yum instant noodle -.-) Thanks :D
Hi Helen! When you wash vegetables, how do you dry them so they are completely dry and not have water on them? Because when i wash my vegetables, i run them through paper towels and pat them to become dry, but is there a simpler and less messy way to do that? I'm asking because I saw you using the same herbs I use and see if you have rinsing tips!!
Ok, I might actually try this. I love bulgogi, and spring rolls too. Everything to make this can be found here, and I'm tired of the spring rolls that are just made with shrimp and that fake crab.
Hey Helen, you're right! I just quickly googled it and it turns out to be that various places in Europe do pronounce it with the H sound. Sorry to be so American-centric. So, are you in Germany? I roughly remember you mentioned that in one video.
Hey Helen, I really enjoyed your channel and would like to see you perfect it in every way. So, just a small thing. The word "herb" should be pronounced with a silent "h" initial. That means, it should not have the "hhhh" sound at the beginning. It should be more like "erb". Try to use it in your next video and I will see if you get it right. Thanks again for a great channel!! Will drop by here often.
