    Bought wahl cordless clippers to shave head recently. Worked well. On the fence about going all the way to skin w something like the Babyliss foil razor. Now I’m looking at something for lining up my beard. I quickly learned that the big clippers don’t handle well in tight spots. Rookie mistake. I like to buy quality the first time and get something that does the job long term, minimal maintenance, etc. I’ve been leaning towards the slimline pro. My only concern is being able to “see” the line whereas many of the new trimmers that have a skeleton top for better visibility. Maybe that’s overkill for a guy at home just looking to shape up my beard? Thanks for the video. Good real world kinda info

    • @BDACHTisALPHA

      Much appreciated bro. Yeah the slim line work well for me. Durable and I’ve had them for over 2 years now. Great for tight squeezes. They’re pretty manageable to use up or down for cheek line. Easy to still see your work. 🍻👊🏽💯

    So the brio would be better for someone that needs to shave the head fully? I have a straight soft beard? I love the control of the Andis though.

    • @BDACHTisALPHA
      @BDACHTisALPHA  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No doubt. The blade is wide enough for more coverage to complete the task faster. Just like any zero blade, you still need to follow with a disposable razor etc if you want a complete skin bald. I personally don’t mind the stubble, so it’s perfect for me. The Andis slim line is good to fit balding the head. It’s just a slower process because the blade is shorter. 🍻👊🏽

      Antonio Sanchez oh ok. Yeah the zero gap blade is definitely worth it with the brio. Without that, I wouldn’t have a ton of use for them. It’s definitely a good secondary clipper for fading the beard, but I doubt it would handle in a full barbershop for tapers and bald fades in 2020. With only 3 levels of fading levels. You need that in between etc when doing buttery soft fades, especially on coarse hair. 💯👊🏽🍻
