Disconnect the power cord & then let it cool down for a minute or so and then try again but have your controller connected just press one time on the button

I have this problem when the bar at 0:32 appears, for a brief moment I can see that it reached 100%, but the screen that says unable to turn on the ps4 still appears right after, but the problem is that when i connect the controller and the ps4 with the usb cable and I press the ps4 button, nothing happens, the light on the controller works, but nothing happens. I even bought a new controller with an usb cable included, but even with the new controller and the new usb cable, I kept having the same problem, I can't even use safe mode because my controller just won't connect to the ps4, I already tried with 3 different cables and 3 different controllers but it was no use so the problem has to be with the ps4.
Edit: nevermind I send it to get fixed and now it works
