Did you take the machine back to where you purchased it? If not, why not. Did you get a warranty? Did you install the machine yourself? If you installed the machine yourself, did you let the store know this important information?
@Leo-gt1bx Yes, but they never said what the problem was. Plus, they come with a one year manufacturer warranty. Sometimes, you get a better one depending on where you purchase from. They left out too many details. I've had my set for ten years now and only had to replace the heating element in the dryer. Which I replaced myself with the help of yt.
Thanks for the informative video! I have the same machine with active waterjet. The model number is different though. I am getting a 3c3 error code that does not go away after resetting the wire connection. Can you advise what must be going on?
Those suspension rods do not go bad or need replacing. It’s that dang Lithium White Grease they put on the rod….which is not true grease at all, but is a extremely sticky gluey substance . Over time this gluey substance gets so thick and sticky that the spring cannot monuver up and down the rod as it should, so the computer shuts the machine down because of wobbling. If your tub starts wobbling, just remove the rods (one at a time) and soak them in gasoline. The glue will come off. Replace the white glue with “regular bearing grease” onto the rod, and replace the rod. Then take out another rod and do the same until all four rods have been cleaned and greased with regular “bearing grease”. The wobbling will be gone. DO NOT put Lithium White Grease back on the rods. If you do, in 2 or 3 years ( or sooner) you will have the same problem again.
Good video, but have a question since you mentioned suspension rods. I get UB all the time. Samsung repair replaced the suspension rods about 6 months ago, and I'm back to getting UB errors very consistently. Thing is, the machine is not shaking crazy or anything. It doesn't seem out of balance in any bad way. And with Samsung there is not pure spin mode, its still adds water and then UB again. Some loads end up taking hours! So, have you found a more permanent fix to the suspension rods? Or there has to be a sensor that is being tripped when it thinks its unbalanced. Maybe that is bad??? The repair guys samsung sent were not very good, but now its out of warranty.
Mine was doing the ub code, i made sure all 4 feet where screwed down tight on the bottoms, then i shook my washer to make sure its sturdy, after i recalibrated it and it reset the barrel. I then spin smaller loads after washing. Sux but it works for me until the repair man comes. Recalibrate empty and turn on washer and hold down DelayEND and Temp. buttons at same time.
I followed your instructions, If my washer has the "Co" do i need to get new hoses? Cause u said change ur vales, not sure what that is I'm a women lol because my hose have a leak from the cold water one

I'm getting a 4C error code. I watched your video but im.not sure which faucet is cold and which is hot. I have a green and a blue faucet and it appears the green faucet is striped because water is draining from it..what do I do
It's a bit hard to diagnose without looking at it, but it could be your suspension rods are beginning to wear out. Samsungs will typically add more water and time to attempt to fix a balanced issue caused by bad rods.
I have the same exact unit that you worked on in this video. I have had it for 4 years approx. and I continously get unbalanced load codes during spin cycle unless I physical arrange items evenly across the bottom of the tub. Thanks for posting, mine did not go into the AS mode and the door did not lock, so is it reasonable to assume that is the main suspect? My Samsung washing machine top load having issues whenever I turn on all lights blinking and it’s not working.. please help if anyone know about this issue
If your Samsung Washing Machine (top feed) starts wobbling and cutting off, it’s due to the sticky gummy glue that Samsung calls “Lithium White Grease”. This is not a “grease” in my opinion…but a glue. In about 2 years after you buy began using this Washing Machine, that glue will start getting stiffer and stiffer until the springs cannot function properly any longer. The computer then stops the washer from “spinning”. Instead of buying new rods & springs ($40.00), take ONE rod out of the machine at a time and let the “spring end”soak in gasoline a few minutes. This will dissolve that old sticky glue. Then clean it off and put regular “bearing grease” back on the rod where the spring slides up and down the rod. Return the rod to its place in the washer. Do this with all 4 rods…ONE AT A TIME. Your Samsung Washer will run just fine for many years to come. If it ever becomes necessary, just repeat this procedure. Never use the “White Lithium Grease”.
In order to get access to the water filters, you will have to turn off the water and remove the hoses and then pull the filter out from the inlet valves and clean them.
