Here's a question about blood and Sigmas. How many true Sigma males, would be Type O Negative blood group.
Type O- is already a superman group.

To clarify superman blood, Type O negative, already has dominant qualities, being able to operate freely without constraints of society, blood sufferers from no allergens (if any, wheat (gluten) being one, never if rarely gets sick with flu or common cold, has a characteristic of being solitary, has high stamina, and work ethic, has amazing problem solving and concentration levels, can have stimulated mind by being on their own, has tendency for athletic endeavors and activities. Deep down, alpha males often admire sigma males but they don't know how to interpret your lack of response -- they are used to getting a response to know where they stand with people. Alpha males often appreciate they type of loyal friendship a sigma male can offer, since such a friendship is both meaningful and the alpha male knows he had to earn it over time.

For many years I found myself so disconnected, apart and weard from others, always taught I had a mental issues. Teenage,I solved many problems coming from adults they couldn't solve by just observing, scanning and at the last moment, intervene, act fixe it and leaving the group stunned. Or saved the lives of 4 people in different occasions by scanning, analysing the moment and act and get a hand sign that they just realized what happened... Sometimes I'm tired of scanning everything, calculate my surroundings and know what is going to happen the next minute, and it does. So it's a real comfort going back home and be alone . I like these videos because it shines a light on other types of men other then the overly exaggerated “alpha-males” I think the obsession that was created probably by overly egotistical alpha-males has made other types of men misunderstood and grossly devalued. Just because other male types don’t need to be the center of attention or need validation doesn’t mean we don’t have value. Sigma men have a quiet confidence which is just as strong and in some cases stronger than an alphas loud confidence. I think in general..people need to stop frowning upon any personality type that is naturally introverted. Because of how much time we dedicate to self reflection and observation of so many things…we actually have a lot of insight into many topics and higher levels of empathy sympathy and understanding coupled with our natural inclinations to want to learn only elevates our insights. Don’t overlook introverted people. We have a lot to offer.

Sigma males sit there and analyze everyone, so why don't I remember running into other sigmas? I should have noticed this.
I think the answer lies in the fact that I typically don't value other peoples' opinions until they prove they're capable of formulating an opinion worth value. This generally leads me to disregard most people unless I see them as a threat to myself or the plans I have in motion. Then they're all over my radar.

The problem with labeling people as Alpha, Sigma or Beta is that 99% of people aren't 100% of any of these personalities. We are all a mixture of different personalities & traits. And hormone & energy levels that vary from day to day can affect wich traits show up day to day in people also. A Alpha can feel Beta one day & a Beta can feel Alpha one day ect. But it's how we force our self to act even when we feel off is what makes the difference.
Myself for example if I'm honest I have mostly Sigma & with some Beta tendencies with a few Alpha tendencies depending on how much energy I have that particular day. But im randomly guessing I'm probably 75% Sigma, 20% Beta, 5% Alpha based on my personality. How I feel from day to day can change that somewhat also like I said before.
So I think labeling people these things isn't accurate at all..nobody is 100% a set personality.

I have to disagree with number 9. I LOVE being alone. I don't need anyone to talk to about things or have a meaningful conversation with. As long as i can 'self-talk' to myself then i have all the company i need. I actually require no need to socialize with anyone or share things with a close friend. The more alone i am, the more peaceful and happy i am. I have to work around people all day 6 days a week, so when i am alone, i cherish that time and don't need anyone to share that time with. And being 'alone' and being 'lonely' are two totally different things. You shouldn't group them together as the same thing. Mingling and being social even for short periods is stressful-to avoid stress 100% you need to be alone as much as possible.

5:02 in the terms of sound production rain creates not "white noise" but "rose noise". In music mixing, rose noise helps to improve overall quality of the sound by re-prioritizing frequency accents. Most people try to equalize frequencies manually or using dynamic equalizer, but the right rose noise improves all the corners better. The parallels are clear with the psychology- rose noise also helps to improve the overall perception.

It's one really nice thing about aging, that you've filtered so many things through, and yet you know there's always that thrill that you've yet to "really" discover where this would lead. He was battling intense grief after both of his parents died within hours of each other. He fell into a deep hole. I spent every moment I could with him. No words were said for multiple days. His tears were bitter. Then, as I was preparing supper to bring to him he came out of the bedroom we share. We didn't say anything still. But we sat at the table, just looked at each other, and ate. That was the moment I knew he was turning a corner. He did come out of it a full two weeks after his parents' deaths. He just the other day confided in me that my persistence is what he credits with him coming around at all. He likened it to being down in a well with broken legs and I pounded flagstones into the wall so I could carry him. That had an impact on me.

"Sigma male" has become rather fashionable of late for people to latch onto, for various reasons I won't get into. And it's also become a meme for those who claim to be, but who are delta males (The complete trait system has 6 types - Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Sigma, Omega - and applies to both biological sexes - there are Sigma females, for example.)
I give that as a preface to say that what you've said is rather common among true Sigmas. Long ago the Sigma archetype was described as the "introverted Alpha." Alphas and Sigmas have a huge number of commonalities - the main difference being that Alphas thrive on large crowd energy while Sigmas thrive on small crowd energy. Another old description was that an Alpha is the apex male in a pride of lions, while a Sigma male is an Apex male Tiger. Both Apex predators in their spheres. Both with massive commonalities save one has a group and operates best in a group while the other is a more solitary predator.
So, it doesn't shock me at all that you see a lot of Alpha traits in yourself. You should. A lot of individual behavior tendencies between the two are identical. Just that the group dynamic where we express them to our advantage are different. That's why true Alphas and Sigmas work very well together and become very good friends once the Alpha understands that the Sigma doesn't care to become involved in the Alphas group dynamic.
An alpha definitely sees the Alpha traits in a Sigma. Thats why the Alpha can mistakenly vuew the Sigma as a threat and respond to them as a threat. The Sigma already knows the Alphas gifts are a great asset, so the Sigma has no interest in becoming the new Alpha male. On the contrary, the Alpha benefits the Sigma's goals being exactly where he is - so why bother going after an Alpha male. Once the Alpha comes to understand that, all those other common traits between Sigmas and Alphas allow them to become good friends.

For me these videos and information helps me figure out why I am built the way I am. I don't listen to everything that is said but it gives me direction to look when I am searching.
Alpha or sigma or beta let's just help one another out and be good people while we are on this planet. Stand for what is right and don't use or hurt people for ones benefit.
      Just do what is right.......
It's funny how doing what is right becomes harder than doing what is wrong.
It's definitely not for the faint of heart.

@David Dalton Haha. Absolutely. I'm about to retire from the military firefighter. So I would expect that you and I see a lot of the same types of men and very similar dynamics at play.
These types of vids are great at basic information and learning traits to look out for. That said, the language and the "superiority" that's often expressed can be more than a bit much. (TBH, I think that superioirty language is more for those seeking a form of validation that an actual Sigma male would not give a rats ass about.) Each type can be very positive or a true nasty piece of work. None is superior to the other as long as everyone is working toward positive outcomes for themselves and the people around them.

@@armyfirefighter hey thank you for your service. I had kids at 18 so straight into the construction industry for me. My grandfather retired Navy and served in WW2 and the Korean war. Always admired him for that.
Firefighter wow. So you're the guy who runs towards the flames. That's pretty cool. Yeah I bet you to work with some pretty cool people. It is interesting seeing all the different personalities and how they actually react in a situation. Probably much different than what most people actually think. Selfless people really helped shape this world.

Every being that one interacts with in an open way rubs off some of their programming onto you. It is an unavoidable process of nature, but intellectual self awareness is a firewall. Limiting social engagement is a method of self preservation, lest one opens up their consciousness to undesired external inputs.

It seems sigmas are not so rare at all. Almost everyone in the comment section when trying to describe their own situation starts a sentence with "We" it's like everyone is a sigma and understands this. But on the flip side, true sigma would never label himself or stick around for others to label him as such.

When i was 4 y.o, my dad and mom often observed me that i have my own world during my pre-school and even through my college days, i was like that.
My colleagues just let me do my stuff and stay focus on what im doing until my parents decided to attend a therapist sessions. I really don’t care attending then and i feel pretty normal being on my own.
I never knew about these sigma and alpha breeds until i started working and some of my friends talks about it. i really don’t mind until the day my therapist said that most of the time, Sigma’s doesn’t know they are sigmas until other people started noticing their behavior in the society.
Just funny how other people claim this and that while i read comments and observe them.
    Well then, carry on mate.😏

Whoah! You made depression sound like if it was a choice. Too bold of a statement suggesting that sigmas will never shut their mind due to depression. They usually are resistant to it, but trust me - no one's immune... It can affect anybody, depending on genetics, upbringing, traumas etc.

In my case he was spot on about depression. However I wasn’t born immune to depression. I had to practice pulling myself out of that state quickly and remind myself first and foremost how many people and animals in this world have it much worse than I do! Second, I always have something to look forward to. Motivational authors taught me that.

I drove semi trailers for years and I always somehow knew what all the other road users around me were doing, I would take all this in and I also knew what was happening further down the road, it was so uncanny. Like I had some kind of extras sensory perception ? Or was it me taking in and processing all the information of what was happening around me ? After giving up professional truck diving to pursue anther career I never had a single accident.

I was a traffic control worker in 2020. By the time my final test came around, I was able to see a drunk driver try to rapidly go into the left lane, then dart right into the workzone. My coworker was struck and his body was at least 60ft. from where he was standing. I managed to see this suv slam into the cement barrier before veering again towards the pickup truck I was with. It slammed into the front-right bumper moving the truck. The arrowboard we had behind us was pulled by this. Since I had watched the entire thing happening in these few seconds, I was turned around so that I landed on my butt on the arrowboard. My hard hat and safety glasses were knocked off by impact. I saw the body in the distance in a crooked headlight of the truck. I was so fucking scared, but I couldn’t just leave this guy up there if he could be helped. I got to him and touched him before shock completely took over. Shock kept me from seeing the body was my coworker.
After I was sitting down trying to suppress the rage I felt at the driver and everything, a trucker and his wife came over to us to offer their condolences. They apparently saw what I saw happening from behind and got to a full stop before the suv went across all of the lanes and hit the other barrier.
TL;DR this stuff is real, but it’s rare

Nothing spooky about it. Sigma greatest strength - and potential weakness - is observation and seeing predictable patterns of behavior. Other people can get weirded out by it, but it's just seeing the pattern and predicting what the highest probable outcome is based on what you observe. Kind of like the Sherlock Holmes stories. Holmes wasn't a psychic - he just saw bits of evidence that led him to conclusions others were not as good at doing.

I agree for so many things… but the Sigma you picture is flawless. Every human have flaws. And if you master everything you do, never get negative, never get depressed, never talking too much… maybe you have not chosen the real challenge 😉, maybe you only choose what you’ré sure to accomplish. A sigma never trembles for an ordinary woman. But all we humans do shake for the most beautiful.
