I have a brand-new 2024 Honda Accord Touring trim which has built-in Google, but it stopped working after a couple of days. I took it to the Honda dealer, but they don’t accept that there’s an issue with the system. They keep telling me that I need to purchase a plan from AT&T, which is a hotspot plan. That’s not what I was promised. I thought this car came with 3 years of free data. This is ridiculous! I need a solution ASAP, please!

I see the screen says smart phone projection. Im assuming that is like smart view connect and is able to mirror my phone screen. Is that something that is only available on the new models? I have a 2016 and I do not believe I have ever seen that . Is there an update to the system older models can do or a way to download it?
