*I had the first UK M52/2.8 swapped E21 and they really suit the E21. Unfortunately it went up in flames but I built another from a pristine non sunroof 316 and painted it in Laguna Seca Blue. I also persuaded a company in the Midlands to develop a 'quick rack' as stock they're woeful at 4:1 but the new racks are just 2.5 turns lock to lock. They transform how they drive/feel and make oversteer way easier to catch. There's some video on my YT channel. Anyway, very nice car there fella. Mark*
Ah sorry to hear it went up in flames mate that sucks! It really does suit it doesn’t it. The quick rack sounds great! This has no power steering so it’s rather heavy but still nice when it gets going, I’ve actually ended up buying it off my mate, couldn’t resist! I’ll check out your video! Thanks mate

your E21? I regret selling my Laguna Seca blue car. It was literally like new throughout. I had my E30 M3 though and just couldn’t afford both. There’s a Petrolicious video called The Therapist that’s about my M3. Anyway, enjoy your E21!
