I began my investment journey at the age of 33, primarily through hard work and dedication. Now at the age of 58, I am thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity.

Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

I agree, having a brokerage advisor for investing is genius! Amidst the financial crisis in 2008, I was really having investing nightmare prior touching base with a advisor. In a nutshell, i've accrued over $2m with the help of my advisor from an initial $350k investment.

That's correct. At first, I wasn't too pleased with my gains compared to my previous performances, I was doing so poorly, I thought I needed to diversify into better assets, so I got in touch with an investment-advisor. That same year, I pulled a net gain of £550k, which is about 10 times more than I average on...

Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.

People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.

Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

Successful investing is hard work because it means disciplining your mind to do the opposite of human nature. Buying during a panic, selling during euphoria, and holding on when you are bored and just craving a little action. Investing is 5% intellect and 95% temperament.

I anticipated receiving $2,500 in interest on my initial $50,000 when I created a high-yield savings account online with 5.12863% interest compounded everyday. Rather, I was only given $420. I asked, and was informed that the website did not make it obvious that the interest is computed daily. With the help of an expert, my partner suggested that I switch to stocks, and in just six months, I experienced almost 80% capital increase (discounting dividends). Extremely advisable!

Exactly why i enjoy my day to day market decisions being guided by a portfolio-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/ analvsis they have, it's near impossible to not outperform, been using a portfolio-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 400k.

Not offering any particular advice, but I can assure you that most stocks still have growth potential. Re-distributing is not as hard as many people think it is. Ordinary investors lack the requisite level of diligence, so having a financial advisor on board is usually highly beneficial. In the market, this is how people generate enormous profits.

A multitude of individuals downplay the significance of advice until their own emotions become unbearable. A few summers ago, after a drawn-out divorce, I needed a big shove to stay afloat with my firm. I located the most qualified advisor after searching for licensed advisors. Despite inflation, she has helped me grow my reserve from $275k to $850k.

To achieve a secure retirement, aiming to save at least 15% of your income in a 401(k) is advisable. Online tools can assist in calculating the best savings strategy for you, considering factors like age and income. Consistently saving this percentage can help build your retirement fund effectively, thanks to the benefits of compound interest.

For me, I believe retirees who struggle to meet their basic needs are the ones who could not accumulate enough money during their active years to meet their needs. Retirement choices determine a lot of things. My wife and I both spent same number of years in the civil service, she invested through a wealth manager and myself through the 401k. We both still earning after our retirement.

I began investing with $120,000, and after two months, the value of my portfolio was $314,800. You think this is crazy, but I choose to reinvest my profit and become more intriguing. Great analogies ty Steve. I have emergency savings, 401k, Roth and brokerage. I will look into a HYSA. My priority right now is to pay off debts: 1st is credit cards owing ~$4k. Once that’s done I will put extra money towards a loan I owe jointly with husband about $12k at around 8% rate. My car loan I owe ~$5k at 3.25% and set to payoff July 2025. In about 12-24 months I’m on track to pay off everything completely aside from a 3.25% mortgage. I will bump up my 401k contributions to 10-15% and start putting money towards Roth IRA. The only thing I’m not comfortable with is the options/call. I will start reading into about it investing and set aside some funds to dabble in it. Will def check out your other videos. Thank you Steve.

Both VOO and SPY track the S&P 500, and the main difference is the expense ratio, which is what you are charged for their management of the ETF and for holding those shares. I think VOO is lower, but Vanguard may charge a different rate depending on where you own it. So, call your brokerage and ask about the expense ratio. Also, check to see which ETF has the better premiums for selling calls.

Hmmm. You need 100 shares of a stock to sell options. While building up that 100 shares you expect a “bunch of stock splits”. What stock are you using that does a bunch of splits in a year? From what I’ve seen splits are not nearly that often for 1 stock. Which stock are you talking about?

Does a HYSA give a monthly 4% a month? Or 4% annual divided into each month? Or how does the pay out work?

Annual divided! If it was 4% a monthly everyone would’ve invested in ONLY in HYSA!😂😂😂
