Glad its not just me who falls fowl of wet roots! I found the trail you went down at 7mins 30 by accident when Monkies Unkle was closed, loved it, especially the drop. Often head that way now instead of Monkies Unkle if i'm up for tech over speed!😀
Nice video buddy. Never been there myself. Bloody forestry farming wrecking a lot of trails at the moment here in Devon. Now you've gone back to clipless you may want to try some hope 155mm cranks for extra clearance also try running the flip chips in high. Keep those videos coming
Cheers matey 👍 I've already got some 155 hopes on the bike plus always run in the high setting anyway. The shorter cranks made a big difference when I first put them on 😊
@user-oz4kc1pt1i yea it definitely helps with the shorter cranks...yea I still had 40% battery left after this ride ! Can't wait to do a bigger ride and see what sort of range I get compared to the 625.

I swear all the vids I see at Cannock the conditions are always wet. Last time I went it was dry like really dry
It's one of those places that hold water for a while after it's rained. This video was back in February though I think.

@OfftheTopMTB cool bean's think it gives you nearly an inch extra ground clearance in total. Hope you got more range from the new 800wh battery?

Forestry have absolutely killed any ability for proper drainage and water absorption. A few warm weeks though and that’ll be running nice!
Yea totally agree, there's just huge flat spots and tyre tracks everywhere filling with water.
