In the latter there's a mostly complete description of how even things like butterflies behave in-game, with varying levels of exhaustive explanations and/or detailed graphics used to explain each point. Then here in MK Wii I'm not even sure how VR gains or losses are calculated besides "it uses Elo", nor any idea how the rounding errors that occasionally pop up come about, and a lot of explanations of various mechanics I've seen here and there have been "we think it's like this other thing that we have seen because it makes sense for the devs to have copied that". Most notably here, my working understanding of ranking criteria for 3 stars involves some list of times which will shift up or down based on your performance in the race, which are compared to your ending time; but not only does this strike me as dumb, I have very limited faith in that idea as it apparently just comes from Double Dash with no confirmation for the Wii case. That, and I don't know what kind of frame window the pow hop would involve (which would otherwise tell me whether it's feasible humanly and what to practice for if so) and don't have the faintest idea of how to guess on what the AI or doing. speedometer showed that it was faster than just a drift with the hops it was 102 km/h at the first hop, 92 at the second and 87 at the third, drift speed is 84 or 85, but i'm not actually sure if its's useful, i will ask the other tasers foor opinions

The Mushroom Gorge Gap Jump while the POW was coming was cool. I thought it would've made you spin without losing speed when you landed if you know what I'm saying. You were in the air though so ultimately you dodged it.
I thought that rubberbanding at the start would be faster as more shortcuts are available. (e.g. Losing 2 Sec for getting triple shrooms to then gain 3-4 sec by using them)
how did you know you were gonna get triple mushroom in the first race? from my understanding of TAS bots you write the code and the computer does it but if you got another item I'm assuming it wouldn't work, or was it RNG based?
I tried so long until i got triple shrooms you can watch malleos MKW TAS tutorial, he explains really good how tasing works. There is no bot or code writing for mkw tasing
Yeah it's a real struggle to get 3 stars in mkw, but try doing a halfway optimized tas on a track just to have a shock hit you in lap 3 and you have to redo all again. that really sucks xd

Its not the hop that dodges it, its the microbounce from the track that gives u enough air

It’s frame perfect, like you need to get within 3 frames of it damaging the other players, then while doing a wheelie, hop at the exact moment.
