you have to do rapid fire hop, it's only possible on an emulator though cause you need to hop every other frame, i think there are some explanationen videos on yt if you such for mario kart wii rapid fire hop or something
How can you insure, that the races always follow the same pattern and nobody runs in your way? Or is the RNG in this game dependent on input/time and therefore always the same in the TAS?

airtime slows you down pretty much so try do land as soon as possible, except when i can cut enough to save time.
