Woohoo, I just pre-ordered this new cool looking Ultimate Captain America along with ordering the new comic style classic looking Black Panther figure and I cannot wait to get them both, Fantastic modifications on Steve Rogers aka Captain America.
Its nice to see a full video instead of a short. I enjoyed all of the mods youve done can you show actually doing them with the Dremel too like you do in your shorts thanks?
It's hard to do that with a proper lighting setup. I'd like to keep my camera away from the dust too. So for now, I'm just filming the grinding on my phone for shorts and Tiktok
Hey Xcorpeo, That's a big improvement. One that Hasbro really should've designed into the figure. Now I just need you to show a mod of how to get improved hip range on the 20th Anniversary Captain America.
Thanks for posting! I'll be watching this paying closer attention to the torso disassembly later. I have been thinking about customizing my 20th Ann. Captain America using the boots and gear belt from Ultimate Captain America. The feet are an easy swap but I had been cymurious about how to pop the torso loose. Thanks again!
Looks good! Like the mods! I wonder if the reason they used glue inside is that the planned ball joint came out of the mold a little too small, and the glue was serving to eliminate the wobbling?
Could be - I realise the wobble was already present in its original state, it just got worse after. After this video, I went back to tighten the ball joint with superglue, and the wobble is lesser now.
Thanks for the How-To!!! Hasbro couldn't put a double ball peg in the upper torso??!?!?!? This is a really good looking figure with a sad torso set-up. We shouldn't have to do these Mods, but, I am probably going to do it...Thanks for the insights and tips!!! Peace!!!!
My guess is, this figure will have ball joint waist like Dr. Strange What IF, and new Luke Cage, but Hasbro once again cheap that, I don't think the new torso modification works, because the back looks odd, as I can see on the pictures. The best modification is at the waist, not at the abs swivel.
Hey, Xcorpeo, can you pre-order the new, "Jada Toys Street Fighter II: New Challengers" because I wanna see you do a review on him. That's if your even interested in the figure, or Street Fighter in general, anyways, thanks.
thanks for the guide and the warnings. dang it's a shame they couldn't just do him correctly the first time, Hasbro over here making rookie mistakes like those junky (articulated) Halo figures.
@xcorpeo I'm getting a loose one tomorrow morning for that specific reason to try and mod it, hopefully it's not crazy glued. I feel that secret empire has a bit more ab crunch bit not a whole lot
Now not only the billions toy company couldnt figure out simple articulations. They even *SUPER GLUE IT* to make it harder for customization
These awesome modifications are appreciated, thank you!

Loving these mod videos keep it up

Excellent job 👏 👍 👌 🙌
Great job man!
You can squirt WD-40 into the waist and that will help loosen the super glue

can you do a mod guide for these types of neck joints?

I am going to get dis on Christmas
Thanks bro!
I would've went more extra and would've replaced the ball joint in the torso with the more sturdy and harder one

I'm interested, but I doubt I could get it early enough to do a review that matters
@@xcorpeo oh it's all good, just wondering.
I was able to get the ball joint out, I think it’s just luck because I didn’t do anything different than what you did.
Luck of the draw. Unparalleled universe also got the ball out so 🤷🏻♂️

They don't care, because they will do more versions over and over, that's the concept.
Do you know if it's the same thing for the secret empire version?
Likely

@@jaymino7307 happy modding!
@xcorpeo so I put the figure in a bowl full of boiling water, and the torso popped right off, it is not glued like this one.
