Thanks for all yall do!! I still don't understand process. Had to guit work 6--17-23, spoke with military & got medical card. Finally had appt 11-20-23! Served in Des 15:26 ert storm, army (sergant). God bless. Area stayed in Saudi Arabia.

When filing a secondary claim to an established service connected claim, where on the VA Form 21-526EZ do I show the new claim is a secondary? Under current claims, do I also list the already established claim or just the new one I am claiming?

I have symptoms such as stomach issues, rhinitis/sinisitus, rash but when does VA officially diagnosis ? I've been going to the VA for the past few months for these symptoms and taking prescriptions for them but is that enough to put a claim in for Gulf War Presumptive? I plan to include personal and lay statements as well. Thank you.
