Nice job with the custom hooks. Doing those pieces in multiple batches would not have been fun. Only thing I can add is remember to clean them every once in awhile to keep the powder from getting to thick on them to use.
Do you also build the cost of the racking into your customer cost and let customers know you have tooling to do more batches? That's rad you can cut your own fixtures and get the repeatability. Sick!
We did not, I see it as a cost of business, also its to get more done at a faster clip to make more money. So I would not expect them to pay for me to be more productive.
