I love Lizardmen, and I love this. They so often don't get the storytelling treatment they deserve, and this is one of the best approaches I've seen for them. Alien and merciless, but just sympathetic enough. Great job!

I think this story tells fundamentally how the Lizardmen will generally win the overall war against the Skaven. Each Skaven is constantly conspiring against the others in his clan, and all the clans generally conspire for personal gain and fame over each other.
On the flip side, even with the disagreements over the Slann and Tehenhauin & the Cult of Sotek, they still acted in the undivided goal of protecting Lustria.
Even divided, the Lizardmen fought for their people with unity, whereas it’s a betrayal every 5 minutes with the Skaven. Even their service to the great horned rat is fueled with personal gain in mind
I love both the factions so much but what I love more is how morally diametrically opposed the two sides are in their values and practice, so it’s always a treat to hear stories of when they clash.

There's also the fact that skaven are many but short live span, while lizardmen are short in number especially the Slanns, but immortal. Their technology levels are different from Skaven creating literal nuclear weapons, to Lizardmen just using tools from stone age.

Unfortunately the Great Horned Ray (persona of the writers) gave Iket the idea of making a moon killer. I mean I understand that you have to end the Slaan if you want to end the world but maybe send like every chaos champion, demon prince, and greater demon you have. Some epic last stand.
A single Skaven Clan fought all of Lustria for a century.

The Trusty Sidekick Clan Pestilens is one of the major Skaven clans, there are hundreds if not thousands of clans in the under-empire and it’s likely Clan Pestilens used vassal minor clans to boost their number. Probably buying equipment and mutant creatures to use from other clans too like Moulder or Skryre. As a major clan they have a lot of power and almost a never ending tide of rats to throw at enemies.

I would love a cinematic lore video on the lizardmen armies. As much as chaos is my first favorite faction the lizardmen fast became my second favorite after warhammer 2.

The Only Thing I wanted to see during the end Times, is Tehenhauin fighting lord Skrolk. The Skink who want's to eradicate the Skaven in the Name of Sotek, and the Plague Priest, who want's to eradicate the lizardmen in the Name of the Great horned Rat.
Also, I know this will never happen, but tell me, what in the World could possibly stop the united forces of Tehenhauin and Lord Skrolk?
I don't think anything, because if that happend, Sotek and the Great horned Rat would certanly rip their Eyes out and lose their voice in disbelieve. So would the Chaos Gods, the Old Ones, every other god, and every other Race.

I love collecting the minis for both Skaven and Lizardmen. They are my two most favorite armies in the whole setting.
Their wars were probably the most brutal and bloody wars in the history of Warhammer Fantasy.
All of their conflicts could be featured in the most hard and bloodsoaked Death Metal music videos.
Korn must have teared up with pure joy watching their battles.
I agree that their wars have been probably one of the bloodiest conflicts in the world.

Funny thing is that I've not played Warhammer for many years and playing the game (board version) has been kinda boring because of all the 1000 rules for every move. But the lores has always been fascinating to me, I'm glad I found this channel so I can listen to the lore of these magnificent factions!

Well, I've been editing these past 3 days mostly so I haven't had time to propely play the game. But I'll get into it from tomorrow on :). Which faction would you recommend?
@@TheBookofChoyerwell tehenuins fun and has probably the most interesting play style with quick ambushes and mostly cheap but numerous infantry some with frenzy but I HATE HIS COLOUR SCHEME his men look like my gecko with indigestion and Ikit is sooooo fun if you get enough DAKKAAA you can exterminate whole armies before you get into combat and tiktaqtoes cool but struggles without rippers so it's up to you really i'd go with tahenuin (I think that's the spelling) if you have a mod that changes the DAMMED COLOUR SCHEME!!!!
