I got one for my X3. I can’t do lunges that well so I have it setup between a recliner and my bed so I can do assisted lunges.

I have not used the Speediance version, but the one from Vector Athletics seems to be a choice amongst other reviewers and myself.

Just an Amazon brand. Much cheaper than the Incredibrace and have lasted much longer.
