Wait... you live in Florida... 3/4 of the year is essentially a sauna! 😅 I can only sit in a steam sauna for about 15-20 min at a pop. On the other hand, I could sit in a dry sauna for 60-90 min. Steam just hits different!
It would probably take a bit longer, but the material is pretty isolated when all zipped up. It really depends on how cold the room is where it’s heating up. If you do decide to purchase, please use my link: www.saunabox.com/SR10
@@StevieRichardsFitness Thanks Stevie..btw if it's really you replying to this , you're podcass is stellar and wishing the best of success there. I'll def use your link if i decide, looking forward to the infa red vs steam sauna.
That’s a tough question. It’s definitely a different feel between the steam and dry saunas. The steam feels like it penetrates more and my sweat time is faster. I really like the Evolve Mini, which is infrared, and use that as much as the SaunaBox. I want to use the steam sauna for a longer period of time and will have an updated comparison review in the future.

I use mine 4-5 times a week in the morning then cold plunge.. had it for a year now and it hasn’t missed a beat. Highly recommend 👍🏼
Oh look who decided to show up, its ol' white socks himself. Looking good Stevie, looking real good 👍
I have one, they are amazing. Been using it for over a year now.
Very interested in the cold plunge review as well 👀

how well does this heat up when the room is cold (I would have it upstairs in a room with no heat in the winter)

@@Haddley333 I have it outside under cover though… heats up awesome and that’s through a NZ winter 👍🏼
@@55thefreakholdy6 thank you for the feedback! I haven't tried a steam sauna, but really enjoyed an infared sauna more than I thought I would.

Do you feel the same benefits as a dry sauna?

😮. Good Job.
Nice ❤❤
