When I have to walk down a long hallway at work on my way to the bathroom (I try to delay this as much as possible). And there's a row of clients waiting outside at nearby door. My body goes stiff and I don't know where to put my hands and my feet feel tangled. As soon as I'm out of their sight it disappears. Then I have to go back...through them again. Is this part of being INFP "they're watching me" or is it also Social Anxiety?
