Looks good! But whenever I eat at places that let you grill it yourself I always feel rushed and worried it'll run out of fire before I've finished cooking everything... ;)
Haha I totally get that! At least at this place they came by checking on it and even preemptively refilled mine so I wouldn’t run out! The service there was top notch!
Nice hotel room. That looked like a fun restaurant. The par cooked Katsu is a unique dish to try👍😊
Yeah love the hotel and that restaurant! Gyukatsu is now one of my favorite Japanese dishes!
