Phenomenal Piece. I can hear the waves crashing, the seagull's crying and the smell of the surf. 'Just Beautiful in every sense of the word. Thank-you.
Whenever I loose hope and whenever I don't trust my process... I just jump into your TH-cam channel and I just watch every video from your first video to recently uploaded video... After that I just got my confidence back and I start to paint... Even sometimes people bullied me I never stopped . I'm practicing daily to improve my art skill and to paint like you.. You're my great inspiration and role model... Tysm for sharing those wonderful art process and great tips to us. You're a good teacher also ❤
I cannot wrap my head around the level of amazement I am in by your work truly inspiring to keep me going and to find ways to improve. Thank you Andrew. Your painting, career, and dedication is inspiring and has had a huge impact on the way I approach and view my art. Thank you
I don't understand why you don't have millions of subscribers. You are a master of your craft, and your videos are next level bob ross (in the best possible way). I love watching your content. Please keep doing what you do. Love
Thank you. I had to put art completely away for years due to my job and family situation. When I finally got free time, I found I lost feeling ...not just inspiration. Too many years of putting others' needs first, and I never noticed i disappeared. But, after watching your videos, I am starting to feel the need to at least try. I know it will be a process, but you make me believe in, (if not myself) the FLOW...you know, how it just takes you over. Anyway, thank you for the spark.🔥
By far the best instructional tutorials, i have the pleasure of seeing, after 50yrs painting mainly wildlife, which proves your never to old to learn more about the techniques of painting by other artists and yours Andrew are the best. many thanks Eric.
This is an astonishing painting - it is so beautiful, I can hear the power of the crashing waves when I look at it. Thank you so much for sharing your process. As a new painter, with a little experience in watercolors but having just picked up oils, I have learned so much just from watching this. Your process of dissecting the values through several sketches up front is valuable. I will watch this several times to learn from your methods. You are so talented and very kind to share this video!
Haven't seen something so inspiring and beautiful in a long time... Just looks so serene and majestic... Looking forward to more videos like this.. Keep it up mate!
I really enjoy these videos. The work is gorgeous. Do you have any tutorials for beginners? This seems geared to people that are already pretty accomplished and I don't know how to get there so I need help. Help. LOL. Being new to this I know I haven't seen all of your videos. Are there some that would be more useful to a beginner? Thanks John J
Everytime I sit down to paint I watch one of your videos, not only to get inspired but also to properly learn the colors to use in landscapes. Thanks a lot Andrew. I show all my friends your videos and they're hooked as well.
I could almost feel the water splashing out of my cell phone while watching this mind blowing art piece!!!. Thank you for a free tour to this wonder of nature through your brushes and paints!!! I sincerely pray God , to grant you all that is needed to continue creating wonderful art works for many many years.

You are beyond anything I have ever seen!! What a phenomenal artist you are!! I was searching the keywords waves as I needed help with making a cliff painting with sunset and waves crashing and I stumbled upon this video!! Ahh I would dream about this tonight for sure!! AhhhhmaaaazzzZzzzing!!!!!!! 💞
You're a true Master Artist Mr. Tischler. Inspiring. A holy gift from the Creator of the universe that you so diligently, and successfully depict. As my late husband would say with his slow, deep Texas drawl, "Good on ya'Sir." And with a firm handshake, he would simultaneously grasp your shouder with his left hand, look you right in the eye and express a sentiment that you would feel confident he didn't say lightly, nor often. Ive just dug my paints out of storage after 38 years. Don't worry!! I enjoy your videos strictly as inspiration, bot a girl can dream and try ....
Yes, I too was much eyeing on those details you have put on. It simply looks phenomenal. Color accuracy is another breathtaking task that you have done quite well. This is a beautiful piece of art.
Andrew you are such a hard worker...I've been watching your videos and they are like open books written by wise men. I'm a painter mostly going for the quick impression of light and shape when I paint but your work really moves me. Much respect to you. Your compositions are so immersive. And the quality of your videos omg...top notch. Glad I've found your channel.
Thank you. Great narration and good capture of technique- I also liked the intimate depiction of your working method. Plus for the mention of anxiousness of starting painting " this big". Yes there are so many challenges and tempting objects. Admire your presentations and love your use of dextotrophic impasto medium amongst many others. Gosh, wish to get a break for painting...
Hi Andrew. Can you see the large dog head & snout in the rock formation its great. I love finding different shapes in paintings its as though I see them before I look at the painting as a hole picture. You are teaching me to be more slower & not to rush my painting. Thanks. Regards. Netty
Imagine that this looks BETTER than the actual photo taken! Now that is real art. You could hang this on your wall and in the course of 20 years never get tired of admiring it. Try that with a photo!
I have just discovered your channel and have no words to describe how beautifull your paintings are. What a lucky man you are to be so talented. I will now follow you all the way, not only because of your awesome work, but also the way you are inspiring people with the kind, even poetic way you talk. Many greetings from The Netherlands
Amazing!!! Your video is really done professionally ,a pleasure to watch and learn! Maybe as an impressionist painter , I would say "too many detail in your paintings ,makes it a little technical-style but because your know so well catching the light of the unique moment (the soul)....what can I say? I love your work !
The search continues? Man, you've just found it. That painting is incredible. The work you put in to it and the way you've captured the light in the waves is phenomenal. If I squint, it's a photo.
Waves are facinating and you are so talented to be able to capture the beautiful crashing water..all your work is very realistic..thanks for all the tips and guidance
I am a senior (from Vancouver Island, Canada) who is getting back into painting after a very long hiatus. The medium of choice is oils but there has been SUCH a great change over the years in the products to use with them that it is quite overwhelming at times.(The only ones available when I was last painting were turpentine and linseed oil). I would LOVE an episode of the different qualities/uses of these and the preparation of the surfaces you use. I have greatly enjoyed and learned much from the clips you have published so far! Looking forward to many more. Thank you!!!
You sir are one of the most gifted artists I have ever seen. I am an oil painter myself, but just intermediate landscapes. The way you pull the viewers eye through the painting with your color combos and details is impeccable. I am blown away by your gift and work. 👏🏻🎨

Oh my goodness! I love this so much. I think waves and the ocean are fascinating as well. I could just watch the waves roll for hours. Like you said they are all different. Beautiful job!
I really like your observation that this is about striving to better understand nature through our eyes, and your desire to explore the subject more in future paintings
You are so methodical. Doesn't it require planning and patience! I always think just emotion and slapping paint on will produce something but so far I havent!!. Loving your episodes. Many thanks
