A lot of emphasis on the outside living but you do not show inside the house itself ! I wanted to see how the house works...what was this building originally used for in the past?
I agree. There were a few glimpses, but nothing that shows what I would consider to be the major spaces. Also it was frustrating to hear about the supposed wonderful view, but no view was shown.
She said. Its the room you see. 10' x 8'. So a pretty sad single bedroom you presumably have to get a double bed into... A 20' x 8' builder's site shed would be more comfy to live in. A 40' x 8' site shed, probably double what you get here. The garden you can develop anywhere. It is only the position that is worth anything. Not worth the misery of living like that. You only have the courtyard for a dog or two. No nice safe backyard. All shared with other households.
For 27 years, I worked at a NY State University, that previously was a 620 acre estate of a hundred-millionaire! In his will, he let his former gatehouse security guard & his wife, live in their 2 1/2 room, "Gatehouse", for life! This "small house" looked very similar to the gatehouse home & instantly brought back memories of it!
What is in the upper story? You show the door and the steps down! Come on do it the right way! It looks like a mausoleum up top on ground level. Thanks for a incomplete tour! NOT! .
I clicked to see the house....and all I got was a very small glimpse of the outside. Not even a view of the below ground courtyard or anything. I don't get the point of the video.
Not enough interior photos. Seems a bit odd to purchase a building that's part of a larger estate. I don't accept hunting for sport, senseless killing of innocent animals, horrible.
Honestly, I grew up in a council estate in the countryside and we got our house for free until my parents bought the house from the council and it wasn't as expensive as this! My house was way bigger than this and it was in the middle of the countryside looking out on the hills and stars of the Scottish Highlands, my family had lived in my village and the near by town since the foundings of the area (400 years ago), they were generations of coal miners, you don't need to be rich to be a country dweller. I don't understand the snobby approach to living in the countryside, I don't understand why you would sell a very small country home for 200K then say well it's because you are close to nature! Well people are paying way less to live in near nature and have been doing so for generations. This is the attitude of people who grew up in a city. "Oh, I want to live in the countryside with the birds and berry trees, I will pay a lot of money to live in the countryside and I don't want to live in a small town near you know what, "poor people". It's such a gimmick for city people and they never seem to want to live in a regular town with regular people, somehow their houses get all the birds sounds and therefore is worth 200K even if it is half the size of a regular country home.
Where is the bed wonderful place to live is to live part of history in a house like that I would get married thanks for being a Guardian of history for 20 years is it still for sale? and the price is the same?❤
Hello is there anyone here that would like a place like that but doesn't have the money. Well change your location. I know a location where you can start from 500 euro.

It's a gatehouse to a much larger house on a country estate
Yes, why not see the inside?
I agree. There were a few glimpses, but nothing that shows what I would consider to be the major spaces. Also it was frustrating to hear about the supposed wonderful view, but no view was shown.
I'm only interested in the inside. Thanks for the heads up.
We did not get to see much of the inside. I was dissappointed. Where is the bedroom?
there is no

Wow
i want to see inside
Disappointing. No shoots of the views. No picture of the bedroom. Disappointing!

.
nothing in
It looks like a mausoleum to me.
I thought so too.
Gate house. All prestigious places had gate houses at the entry point. Effectively someone was required to monitor and allow passage to visitors etc.
What's the problem with the inside, for some reason they didn't show it.

Beautiful Tiny home🦋🦋
Looks amazing, but so sad to learn of the hunting and shooting on the estate.
That's what I thought I don't like killing any living creature. This women says it like its a bonus.
@@rgs6236. She’s not talking ‘Back in the day’. She’s talking present day. Get with it and catch up!
would love to see the floor plan
This is gorgeous 💖
I checked the Bartels website unfortunately it looks like this has been sold
Whoever is doing the camera is absolutely terrible
The views from the court yard are beautiful, stone.
Feel sure that is a gatehouse and was never intended for people to live in . A guard or two would be in there while on duty and that is it

I dont think they said anything about hunting did they??
It looks like a mausoleum

it looks like an accommodation for the guard.
your headline should be: look on the outside of that tiny what ever.
Not for me if they shoot pheasants etc..
Beautiful! Gorgeous area and home.
Not enough interior photos
A real achievement to reveal of almost nothing of the interior in a video this long 🙄
Adorable
Would absolutely love to live there
It’s available
Saw very little of the inside. Disappointed.
That's awesome
Far too awkward to live in permanently but might be nice to stay in for a week or so.
Looks like a mausoleum, not my cup of tea personally.

I hate extensionsss:( love the home though
Das ist doch kein Haus , das ist eine Gruft und da kommt man sowieso mal hin .
you are amazing
Your headline lies. Downvote.
Yes, it says look inside, then it’s just someone talking, with only tiny glimpses of anything inside. Clickbait.
Cool....👍
Wear corakshak band
It is lovely but far too claustrophobic for me.
I've heard Tadcaster pronounced Toaster?
Please don't marry the lady in the Garret.. ..ss the song goes.

An absolute snip. The uk housing market is doomed.
That was dumb
The security cabin for the country mansion. No thanks.
