This looks amazing, just like all of your recipes do. I've cooked several of your recipes. Everyone of them turned out wonderful. Even my picky grandson loves your recipes lol. I was not even able to cook a good fried rice before finding y'all lol. With each dish I'm getting to collect new spices, sauces, and techniques. I'm so happy I found you. I've got to say you have the best production team ever. The music, the camera shoots, everything about y'alls presentation is AWESOME! They are just the best. Watching other recipes out there are so boring compared to y'alls. Lol
So thank you and your sweet Momma Noi, for your knowledge, and wisdom, and thank to your wonderful team for presenting everything so wonderfully.
    Sincerely, A Big Fan❤

Had a Thai restaurant in town, I frequented. After several visits, I met the owner/chef and found out he was actually Laotian. He served 99% “Thai” food, but had a special soup I loved. I can’t find anything like it in any Thai or Laotian recipe book. It was basically a clear chicken broth, very fragrant smelling of lemongrass, cilantro and citrus. Had chicken, and rice or cut-up glass noodles in it. I would do anything to find out what it was.
