An excellent video. You are a wonderful teacher. Thanks for showing us how. It's just gotten too expensive for average Middle Class family in America to eat out. So, I am learning how to do it by watching TH-cam and making mistakes. But, this sure saves me $15 to $20 a plate. That's what most Chinese restaurants want now. And, that feels so overpriced to me now.

Have you ever tried peeling your ginger with a spoon? I tried it once years a go and I'll never go back. It helps me not cut myself and it saves a bit more of that ginger. (This is especially important if ginger runs a bit scarce in your local stores like it does here).

I want to make this recipe but one of my sons can't have spicy 🔥 pepper.Can I use just a bit of chili flakes ? Your dish is easy and I've tried it before it was long ago .Today I'm in the mood for shrimps .THANK YOU for showing us how to get a dish right
