    • 4 teaspoons sesame oil

    • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
    • 4 teaspoons water

    An excellent video. You are a wonderful teacher. Thanks for showing us how. It's just gotten too expensive for average Middle Class family in America to eat out. So, I am learning how to do it by watching TH-cam and making mistakes. But, this sure saves me $15 to $20 a plate. That's what most Chinese restaurants want now. And, that feels so overpriced to me now.

    Have you ever tried peeling your ginger with a spoon? I tried it once years a go and I'll never go back. It helps me not cut myself and it saves a bit more of that ginger. (This is especially important if ginger runs a bit scarce in your local stores like it does here).

    Going to make this tonight. Looks so good!! Do you have a recipe for Cashew Chicken with a white sauce ? Had several years ago, it was so good. Can't seem to find a restaurant that serves it any more.

      Glad you like it! No, my current Cashew Chicken recipe only features hoisin sauce but there are more sauce recipes you can find on my website that you can try to create to serve with Cashew Chicken!

    I want to make this recipe but one of my sons can't have spicy 🔥 pepper.Can I use just a bit of chili flakes ? Your dish is easy and I've tried it before it was long ago .Today I'm in the mood for shrimps .THANK YOU for showing us how to get a dish right
