Thank you SO MUCH for this detailed video. You saved me soooo much time setting up my planner. It’s perfect now! I saved this for future reference 💗💗💗 thank youuuu!!
Will it show up in the digital calendar by automatic if I add something new in the Google calendar? Isnt it possible to buy a premade version of this? And then just adapt some things to fit me? Can you add templates to the planner witout Messing up the hyperlinks?
I loved this but wondered about at least some kind of digital back up, maybe not for searching but just in case of water, fire damage? I have a new remarkable that I had been considering keeping this kind of information in, but I admit I love paper notebooks and fountain pens, and I think they add to my attention. I wondered also if you have some kind of index in your commonplace notebook. Lastly, I'd be really interested in how the zibaldone notebook develops over time for you, since it seemed a bit extraneous to how you described your system of study, though I also love the idea. Thanks for any comments.
This has been amazing, thank you. The one piece I’m struggling with is resizing the tables. Mine is resizing from center and making it impossible to size to fit. I’m using ZoomNotes with planners collective planner.
This has been helpful so far but I got stumped when you went to the layers tool. Yours had the calendar added as a layer. How did you do that? I’m afraid you go any further with the tutorial because I don’t want you miss this step. Could you tell me how I should do that. Do I just hit the + button and then type the word calendar or is it more complex than that? Thanks for your help.
It’s as simple as you said. You can add a layer simply by clicking the + icon and then rename it to calendar before creating your tables or shapes. That way you can lock that layer so you don’t mess it up. You can then use the previous layer or add another one to draw and write on.
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Wenda, is the bonus pre-set download still available on your blog? The link in the description is not working for me. Please let me know me know or if it’s available on your shop!
Hi this was for my 2023 planners but I’ll be releasing the 2025 planners in the late fall! I do have these planners which include the ZoomNotes version though if you’d like to try it out: member.wendaful.com/cutemidyearplanner

Such good info! Thank you. Do you know if this can be done with GoodNotes too (where the events display in your ditigal planner)?
You can connect your Google calendars to Apple in your phone’s settings by adding it to your accounts first. If you go to settings search for calendar there should be a menu for calendar accounts. That’s where you can add your Gmail account
Hi it is a little tricky finding this in the menu! To get to it you have to have the “selection tool” selected, then click on the “settings” for this selection tool (looks like 3 horizontal bars with circles kind of like volume bars ) then you should see a menu of functions, click on the drop down menu for “page” and you’ll find “copy properties to pages..” then once you click that click on “page calendar properties” and copy it to the “selected” pages and hit “copy” in the top right corner.
If your planner’s monthly isn’t split like mine you can simply create a table for 7 columns (days of the week) and 5-6 rows and match it to your planner’s layout. For the weeks you would still need to use shapes.
Brilliant tutorial - thank you so much
Thank you
This is a dream come true! Thank you so much for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
This is such an awesome video! Thanks for taking the time to share your ZoomNotes knowledge.I feel so prepared now.
Glad it was helpful!

What if I insert new pages amongst the other? Does that interfer with the page settings?
Can you do this with other digital planners. Like ones available for Android?

I’m not sure exactly why it’s resizing from the center but I always usually have to zoom into each side to tap the red box to resize it perfectly.

i am stuck here too

Unfortunately this only works within zoomnotes!
Love this but my calendars do not show up at all.
Can I annotate my pdfs with unli zoom/background/infinite canvas?
Thank you for the video ;). Can you explain how you made the list with the check boxes on google, or was that an apple feature?
That was for apple reminders
How did you connect the original calendar. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but I don’t remember how I connected my google calendar

Is there a tutorial in how to make a planner like this ?
The “copy properties” is not there on this version of the app in the way shown on video. What is another work around?
Also looking for an answer to this!
Click on the lasso/select tool

Mine shows upas one large calendar rather than havingthe separation in the middle
