Best and the most detailed unboxing and explanation I have ever seen. I hope different companies watch these videos and be aware that their products and their promises in their user manual can be tested up to this extent at the consumer level. Awesome and the best. Keep it up
Nice demonstration. This is a pretty cool test board you have here 🤗 It would have been great to do the same tests on multiple ports at the same time to see the overall behavior of the charger when fully overloaded. Like on the two QC3 ports or QC3 + IQ ports at the same time _(but you would have had to use 2 or 3 test boards and it might not have been possible to do the test with extension cables)._ Thanks for this useful test anyway.
Abit late to watch this, but I appreciate it none the less. I was looking for one single brick to charge my Apple Watch, iPhone and my iPad Pro. I think this is what can help. What do you think?
yes, i think this charger would be fine but if a new model is available possibly with power delivery (PD) support then, go with the newer model like 'PowerPort Speed PD 5'
Gurribuy Thank you for the suggestion. Do you know of any good ones with that power delivery tech that is sold in India? Thank you in advance, your help is really appreciated. :)

Hello i was wondering if the two quickcharge 3.0 ports could be both used to quick charge at the same time my others stop quick charging when i plug in a second one
@@mennopieters3512 yes, the ports will keep on charging at quick charging speed. But, even though you can use all the ports at the same time, i don't recommend using all the ports at the same because the charger will heat up and its life will be reduced.
Thanks but its gonna get some abuse haha ik a long term backpacker/bikepacker i go away for severel months at a time so i bought 2 for if 1 fails and so i dont need to plug in all the ports too
I'm going to a backpacking trip soon and I would need a good wall charger to charge my devices. Most of these devices do not have QC technology (powerbanks, camera battery, smartphone, earphone). Would this charger be the best option? Its works well to non-quick charge device?
yes, it works even for non quick charge devices. The quick charge ports works like normal ports when you plug a non quick charge device so, you can definitely use this charger for your gadgets.
@@Adiemlac you should buy the newer version "PowerPort Speed PD 5". Or any other Power delivery charger. This will give you more option and also future proof your purchase. You will also need to buy a usb c PD to lightning cable.
@@gurribuy I saw in amazon the ANKER PowerPort Speed 5 Ports 63W and the price of this one is about 50€. The PowerPort Speed PD 5 is only 30€. Why the price difference in this case if the last one is the newest version? Do you recomend a anker usb c PD to lightning cable?
@@Adiemlac The older model has qualcomm fast charging Qc 3.0 which will only work in some android devices, so, not of much use to apple users. The older model uses Qualcomm chip so Anker must have had to pay Qualcomm for the chip However, The price keeps on fluctuating, IF you want the latest then get the "Anker PowerPort Atom PD 2". This charger is much more efficient and doesn't heat up much. And for the cable you can choose between Either Anker or Belkin, USB C to lightning cable.
Yes, you can. The important thing is that we have to match the voltage of the charger and then the device can take what ever current it wants from the charger. So, if your device takes 5V then you can use this charger and depending upon the device you are charging the current will change automatically. Hope this helps.
apple dos not support Qualcomm quick charge 3.0, so i can't say if it will charge your phone faster but, it will definitely be faster than the in box charger that apple sends with XS. Apple supports PD(power delivery). so, you can use any 5V 2.4A charger that you have to charge your phone at 12 watts.
Yes, you can charge 5 devices at the same time but make sure the charger is is a well ventilated place as it gets a little warm when charging 5 devices at the same time.
