    What I find so crazy about this is when he said he would go for a 10 hour hike/walk with this mom and they would bring no water but that's how it was back then. I can remember playing outside all day on the hottest days of summer with no water or food. Then maybe a garden hose at some point and back at it. Now kids (even adults) freak out if they have to go 20 minutes without their water bottle. Also, I had a friend in my early 20s (who actually looked very similar to Kilian) who could go days without eating. We would go to Vegas for 3 days and he would maybe have half of one meal the whole time we were there. It's crazy how some bodies can do that....or have learned to do that.

    I did train for 7 days not at kilian level of course, but I did 4x5 miles runs and 3x1h gym, in water fasting state. And I did that 2 times already. Said that, we are fat burning machines and don’t need poison our bodies with processed heavy on sugar carbohydrates.

    • @alwayslearning7672
      @alwayslearning7672 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No! you're wrong, we are Carb burning machines.Do more research man!

    • @nGUNNARp
      @nGUNNARp 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We convert fats into carbohydrates and then break then down for energy... We are fat, carb, and protein burning machines... There's nothing about sugar that is "poison" unless you're eating way too much of it or aren't getting any fat or protein cause you eat only sugar... The myths about diet spread by people who have no understanding of biochemistry is pretty crazy
