The T wave is also positive because of unintuitive manner in which they repolarize. You would think that the endocardium we repolarize first considering they were the first to depolarize but the epicardium is actually the first cells to repolarize. This would cause the vector to maintain the same direction. I haven’t studied atrial repolarization but I would assume it has a negative deflection because the atria repolarize in an intuitive manner ie. first myocytes to depolarize are also the first to repolarize.
