Upon receiving the money, she felt compelled to point me out in the audience to thank me. That is something I will never forget and just speaks to the kind of character she possesses to be so gracious!

Lord do I miss the 70s..in 1975 I was only 10 yrs old..old man now turning 53 in March 2018..lol.time flies.
I saw her in concert in Niagara Falls in 2006 and the guy I paid $100 to for the ticket went up to her after the completion of one of her songs during the show and told her that he was donating the money, on behalf of me, towards her breast cancer research fund. Upon receiving the money, she felt compelled to point me out in the audience to thank me. That is something I will never forget and just speaks to the kind of character she possesses to be so gracious!
