I noticed that working for 90 minutes on an empty stomach was challenging on my first day. I don't like it. Wouldn't it be smarter to take complex carbs like oats, skip the 12 o'clock meal, and eat around 4 pm instead? But maybe I just need a bit of adjusting.

i would love to see a 7 day no phone challenge but I've already commented this before haha. The 'best' night-routine might be a cool vid too, similar format to this video. I find what I do the night before really sets me up for the day ahead and probably has just as much effect on your day as a morning routine. Day in your life including like what you eat, how you pick outfits (i'm horrible at it i need help ha), etc Btw love you videos, always watch them as soon as you post. They're some of the only TH-cam videos that I watch that really get me inspired.

Im gonna start doing this (ill try) and i have also been doing cold showers in the morning for almost a year. Also doing cold showers after the gym will majorly lessen the amount of muscle/strength you build
As much as I respect Huberman's research, i honestly think going for a run super early in the morning gives you more than all of this combined. Casey neistat spoke about how he substituted an hour of his sleep for an hourish of running. It sounded insane to me until i started doing it and had more energy throughout my day

When I first woke up at 5:30 I felt horrible I actually can’t remember when I first woke up at 5:30am but when I went outside it was so nice I haven’t seen the sunset in the last idk 7 months. When I had the cold shower I got a crazy hit bc I have done cold showers before but I haven’t done one for a while so this one really woke me up. After that I felt like I could do lots of things without being tired . Painfully at first but I would definitely recommend .
