The quote "Ap apni marzi se ghar nai aa sakte, Kyunki ticket mehngi hai" is indeed a powerful reminder that not everything that seems appealing is worth pursuing. As an extended family member i know that whatever you say in your videos you 100% abide by those principles. Always an inspiration for me #hamare chacha

Very good responses. You didn’t bash USA and oversell India. It depends on the person and their priorities. Nothing to do with comparing. There are pros and cons everywhere.
It is about decision making and executing it. He is helping with that. 👍

Work environment, pollution and corruption are the biggest problems in India today. NRIs are successful because they receive 10x more opportunities overseas versus India. If you want to go back enjoy parents and family life enjoy but NRIs are also doing just fine.

Those who recognise, reflect, reframe and respond can increase their moral and emotional intelligence, and make good decisions! Your prompt and decisive response/ decision to return was appropriate 🙌

    Hello Hemant
Jitender Grover this side. I have also moved from Canada to India but my reason was not personal. My family's experience is not the same as most experiences in your videos..
Is it really possible that all happy after coming back or is it like they don't have a choice to be happy? Or they couldn't adjust outside or came back due to some unavoidable situation so India feels better bcos of no other choice.
My experience and views are really different from most in videos. Yes we have loved here for 25-30-35 years in India and can adjust again after coming back. But adjustment is adjustment at the end of the day.

I am coming back this Deepawali to my home city for good..We had good 8 year here in US but we can't imagine ourselves here spending reat of our lives..If we can come to foreign soil and adjust it shouldn't be a problem for anyone to go back to their own country where we are born and brought up.

Most Western countries are in recession, very slow growth, and increase hatred against Asian and African migrants. Its now high time to return to India.

Work environment at most of the indian firms especially at tier 2 cities like Ahmedabad is very bad, the behaviour is toxic and exploitative, and mostly non IT fields like civil engineering have it worse. If you want to work as an employee, being a permanent resident of a first world country and working there for people who are born in the first world country is the best. I have lived in the US as well as india. Because of the population and the third world thinking of most of old indian managers, people will not feel respected and happy to work here. There is nothing in india, corruption, lack of legal system, broken infrastructure.
Indian is worth living only if you are making a lot of money happily without getting exploited. Like a good business where you have high cash flow. Even Indian businesses have cash flow problems as most of indian clients dont pay on time.

    Nice vlog!
People living abroad always think of playing safe as they are living a very comfortable and independent life without others involvement. Weather, pollution, system and many more small small things in India makes people living abroad think why shall we go back and now why shall we put our kids into it.
