Understanding your achievements in the past, but also wanting to make improvements in the future. There’s always improvements to make, but don’t forget how far you’ve come!
Oh man, we think the same way. I'm starting to purposefully fill my weekly calendar with tasks on Sundays, and ditch the to-do lists of things. It brings focus to a whole new level, and I quickly learn where I can hire someone to do things I am not good at.

Its been like 16 hours now i am following these habits. And ive completed most of my tasks. The one tip that helped me most is goals with deadlines. Having a deadline gives me some kind of obsession of completing before it hence making me more productive. Thanks a lot.

Last year I spent a week in RV. Was so profound and powerful. Did a bit on bike trip but want even more solo-thinking-experience time.

Re: not negotiating with terrorists... My trick: I always have some "low-hanging fruit" tasks on my list. So when the terrorist appears (me, in the evening, thinking "I'm too tired to do what I should be doing"), instead of negotiating, I say, "Fine, you can slack off after you do 3 of the LHF tasks."
