YES...the full interview!! Huge Nikita Koloff fan, right here! One of my favorites, growing up. His rivalry with Magnum TA is one of my all-time favorite wrestling feuds. So surreal hearing him speak in his natural voice. When I was a kid, I was convinced that he really was a Russian and that he would damn near decapitate you with the Russian Sickle. Thanks to both of you for this interview. You both seem to be really cool dudes.

The 1980's NWA was the best wrestling ever. I am so glad I could live that era.

Totally agree. I grew up watching the old school NWA back in the day. Good memories. And Nikita Koloff is a huge part of that.

This guy really created a great character that he never broke. Very intimidating and believable. He was also a good worker and understood the business end of wrestling allowing him to retire healthy and young. Seems like a great guy also and very respectful.

The best moment I ever had with a wrestler was with this guy. Just around the time this was released I met him at an event in NC. Right before the shutter was squeezed on the camera, he stops, takes a step back from me, pauses and then asks "Before we take this, what is your name?" Never had anyone else do this before or since. Class move I'll never forget.

I know he had so many bigger and memorable moments in the 80s but my favorite Nikita moment was when he turned Heel on Lex Luger at the WrestleWar 91 PPV when he presents & attacks Lex with the belt w some stiff belt shots. He has the suit on with the doorag and after he Heels out on Luger he climbs back on the podium w Schivane and just finishes the interview, what a BOSS

Nikita carries himself very well - Shall I point out that never once did he curse - Never once did he severely put anyone down - He came into wrestling with a clear cut financial goal and a set time frame and he executed both exceptionally - He gave his soul to Christ and lives a Christian life and I applaude and tip my hat to him and his family - May God protect and bless you and yours always throughout eternity - So mote it be ! !

I remember in my "teens" watching NIKITA KOLOFF. Some of the BEST matches in the History of Professional Wrestling, were MAGNUM TA vs NIKITA KOLOFF! Even GOLDBERG admitted that he modeled the "INTENSE PART " of his "GOLDBERG PERSONA" from NIKITA KOLOFF! One of my "DREAM MATCHES " is NIKITA KOLOFF (PRIME) vs GOLDBERG (PRIME).
