@@JoshWest247 I'm about 6'6" in shoes. I had a Model X 90D and I could stand under the falcon wing doors and trunk. I can mostly stand under our Model Y trunk now. Test drove the Lucid Air a few weeks ago but interested in Gravity

Thank you Musk/Tesla for making your charging network available to everyone. I do not see anything in the Gravity that makes it worth $100K. The frunk and windshield are cool.
Good point Eric! Tesla opening up the charging network was revolutionary for electric vehicle adoption overall. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts. There’s lots more exciting content on the way for this channel, consider subscribing so you don’t miss out. See you in the next video! 👍
Oh wow! That’s interesting Don. However the Pontiac Montana didn’t arrive on the automotive scene until 2/3 through the 1990’s. The first model year of the Montana was 1997. If it is the Pontiac Trans Sport you are thinking of that vehicle debuted in 1990 a full decade later than you mentioned. Thanks for watching! Lots more exciting automotive content coming up! See you in the next video!
Wow, I see a lot of details from Tesla. I see they did there homework they’re probably going to start off high and then say lower models just like Tesla did. I hope they make it sounds like a great company.

Other than having 4 wheels i don't see any similarly from tesla here. Tesla is form over function while Lucid is function over form. I would still get a Ford EV or a R2 down the road though.
@didiermejia780 if you are looking at an R2, then your Lucid equivalent will be their midsize vehicle(s) ($50k range) coming in 2026 (at least that is what they've indicated previously). They just are not showing it like Rivian. If they follow the Gravity process, it will be shown late next year with production expected about a year later. Of course, this is all speculation until it happens.
That’s a good question. Final pricing has not yet been released. But I’m sure we will find out soon. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and watching the video. Consider subscribing as there is much more Lucid content on the way. See you in the next video! 👋

Have you met him? He’s a pretty amazing guy. Did you know he designed the original Tesla model S? And started Lucid? Pretty hard to exaggerate those accomplishments!
@BobbyontheAir " we have the most this, the most that ", " we have best in class this, best in class that" ," our front seat colour is different than the back seat" blah blahblah.mean while. No one is buying his crap, and stock is down to a penny stock. Hey Peter, make a $40K car.
@ I really enjoy mine. After 31,000 miles it is by far the best car I’ve ever owned. There are many cars out there in the $40,000 price range if that’s what you desire. That is not where Lucid intends to position itself.
@ Buddy of mine needed very sophisticated electronics in the rear bumper to be recalibrated. No center in FL would do it. 3 months and shipped to Arizona.
@ i have a lucid air, lucid has its own service centers, I don’t know why they would “ship” the whole car. Repairs are done on site at service centers. Each service center has all the “parts/modules” they need. Maybe, it was a rare case with your friend but most service can be done at your local lucid service center. And in my case the service and car have been amazing.
Give it time. There are some horror stories of very early cars, but the company is growing, learning and iterating. Why they called it gravity?
@@enoughofthis Because it’s a name they liked?
Lucid is using an “elemental” naming theme with their lineup of vehicles.
Tiny trunk syndrome with the 3rd row up :,(
Of course 3rd row.. letdown other than that it seems fine.
