Thanks this is great for anybody specially someone like me who picked up guitar in my thirties and wants to learn. I feel like I have a slight advantage cause I’ve been a drummer for twenty years and have a good understanding of time signatures and subdivisions. Hope to see more helpful videos like this. Can you do some arpeggios and legatos videos to?❤

Yeah my problem seems to be that I'm just noodling, I heard a few tips like chord note targetting and singing the notes at the same time as I play them. I can't really come up with lines intentionally it's always been like oh that random sequence sounded good after noodling for like 10-15mins and then I'd struggle to expand on that, I'd even faintly hear the continuation in my head but then I'd struggle translating that to the fretboard. For now I'll try and learn to play the scales on the whole fretboard and then slowly try implementing these tips. Maybe taking it one step at a time will be the best, it seems like a long journey.
    Thanks for the videos!

I don’t understand how the second chord in the loop is a Bdim. Surely it’s an Bmin6 or g#dim isn’t it? Or E7?

.13 Flatfounds(Tomastic or Pyramid Gold depending what I have in moment). When I've tried them first time I was really surprised that .13 strings didn't feel like aircraft stop ropes, but just like usual strings without need dropping guitar's tune down or something like this. Also I have thinline hollowbody guitar - they like big strings.
